The spa s more than 0 signature treatments were developed at the flagship Miraval Resort & Spa near Tucson, Arizona, with a few special California-inspired elements added to the Dana Point location. Classes and visiting specialists are always changing, so read on to learn how to get in a Miraval state of mind this season. The theme of the evening is Beginner s Mind in March followed by Letting Go and Forgiveness Practice in April. Full Moon Yoga March and April :30-:30 p.m. $1 We take our practice outdoors to harness the mystic energy of the moon in this gentle yoga session. Mindful Stress Mastery March 1 2:30-:1 p.m. $ Led by Beth Summerl, registered nurse, this class will show you how to master the stressors of everyday life using mindful practices. Mindful Motherhood Yoga Practice April and 1-1 p.m. $2 April and 1 a.m. $1 Led by Janelle Spanier, this course tailors the practice of yoga around mothers, who can learn to incorporate the mindful practice into their stressful lives.
