2 General Information for Facility Rentals We do NOT provide food, utensils, beverages, or decorations; however, the party responsible may bring these items. Setup and take down is the responsibility of the renting party. Setup and take down time is included in the rental time. A room will be available for the entire rental period. Pools will be open to other members and guests during normal business hours. Reservations must be booked at least two weeks in advance, in person with a Welcome Center staff member. A completed rental agreement form and payment in full is due at the time of reservation. For gym rentals, reservations must be made one month in advance, along with a completed rental agreement form and payment. Rental reservations are NOT secured unless payment in full has been made. In the event of a cancellation ½ of the payment will be refunded. Tables and chairs will be provided; however, the party renting the room will be responsible for setting them up to their liking. We cannot guarantee the number of tables and chairs available. The YMCA may, at times, have to close the pools for various reasons. If this happens, your party will be moved to an alternate pool.

Only half court is available. BASKETBALL *Youth and Adult goals. *Balls may be requested. RACQUETBALL COURTS *4 courts available. *Must supply own rackets and balls. *Eye guards are required. FITNESS POOL *The fitness pool maintains a warmer water temperature. *NO MORE THAN 50 people can swim at one time. *The swimming pool is available for two (2) hours only.
