3 RULES This meet is conducted under the rules of Swimming Australia Ltd and Swimming Victoria Inc. and is a proposed qualifying meet, subject to Swimming Victoria approval. WARM-UP Warm up from 8:00am Entry to warm-up lanes: feet first, no diving. Lanes 0 and 9 reserved for sprints/starts, no turns, entry via southern end of pool only. SESSION BREAK Session one will conclude after Event 36, Female 14/Over 400 Individual Medley. The pool will be available for warm-up /cool down during the session break. Session two will commence at 1.00pm.
