Indoor Aquatic Centre th Avenue NE Swift Current, S9H 2V6 Ph Open during Indoor Season Sept. 1 Middle of June Our Indoor Aquatic Centre boasts a beautiful : 6 lane 50 metre Pool Competitive Diving Boards Children s Teach Pool Hot Whirl Pool Hot Stone Sauna Portable Aquatic Lift Tarzan Ball/Rope Rock Climbing Wall Preschool Slides Water Basketball Hoops Birthday Party Area ADMISSION POLICY Definition of: Parent/Guardian: Any person who is over the age of 14 years of age. Adult: A person over the age of 18 years. Yellow Wristband: Child ages 7 to 13 years of age. Orange Wristband: for Children 6 years and under. Green Wristband: For children ages 7-13 years. Only required for Public Swim. Will be administered once a successful swim test has been administered by a Lifeguard. Public Swim Open to the Public! Children under the age of 6 are required to stay within arms reach of a Parent/Guardian at all times, and will be given an orange wristband. Children 6 and below may not swim in the deep end. Children over the age of 7 may enter without a parent/ guardian, but must leave emergency contact number and wear a yellow wristband at all times. Children 7 13 years must pass a positive swim test in order to swim in deeper water. Open to adults over the age of 18, and all children under the age of 18 years are permitted as long as they are within arms reach of an adult who is in the water with them. Children may swim in the deep end without a swim test, but please take caution and use lifejackets as advised. Open to all ages, who are interested in swimming lengths. Swimmers must swim in a circuit, and swim in the designated leisure, medium or fast paces lanes. Aqua Fitness Available for patrons ages 12 and up! Outdoor Fairview Pool 270 Gladstone Street W Ph Open during Summer Season July August 31 Safety: Lifeguards have full authority at both aquatic facilities. Safety is extremely important and rules must be followed at all times at all aquatic facilities. During all, Public Swim and s all children under the age of 14 years of age must follow the and Fairview Pool Wristband Policy of Ages : Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the water at all times. Children (under the age of 14) attending must have a parent/guardian in the water, at arm s length at all times. A maximum of three children under the age of 6 years old per guardian at a time. Our Outdoor Fairview Pool boasts an eventful: 6 lane 25 metre Pool Family Splash Pad Deep Well Pool 2 Water Slides Private Fenced in Grass Park Food Concession Sun Gazebo Rental BBQs Lessons: Lifesaving Society swimming lessons and leadership courses registration are ongoing. Dates/times may be altered due to registration enrollment. Payment for all swimming lessons must be made at time of registration. Payments, refunds and cancellations: Payment can be made over the phone or in person! All aquatic programming and passes are non-refundable without a doctor s note. Our corporate rate in a wonderful 20% discount with four or more people registering for a swim pass from the same business. Corporate discounts must be set up on a yearly basis. Private swimming lessons can be booked upon request. Facilities are available for rental, i.e. birthday parties and special events. Take a look below and happy swimming! -Open to anyone interested in swimming lengths. Enjoy lap swimming in our leisure, medium or fast lanes! Public Swim -Open to the Public! Enjoy splish n splashing with your family and friends! -Created for the Family! Enjoy splish n splashing! All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by Adults over the age of 18 years. Children may enter the deep without a swim test, as an adult must be in the water with them at all times. Junior Lifeguarding Club -Created for the excited swimmer looking for fun, advancing your strokes, and train to be a lifeguards! Club Members enjoy personal bests, obstacles and reaching your goals!... all while having a blast! Deep Water Aqua Fitness -Created for the excited patrons looking for challenging but low impact workout... all while enjoying the comforts of water! During Deep Water Fitness, enjoy testing your core and tissue muscles to the max!! Water belts will be provided. Shallow Water Aqua Fitness -All while using the resistance of the water to intensify results! A low-impact workout followed by a relaxing warm down. Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable in chest deep water Gentle Flow Aqua Fitness Relax and de-stress with one of our Gentle Flow Fitness classes!.enjoy a low impact fitness class... All while still getting those joints, muscles and heart rate moving! Perfect for those just starting out or with limited strength! Aqua Zumba Fitness -Those looking to make a splash by adding a lowimpact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.. A blend of Zumba and Aqua Therapy this creates one awesome pool party you shouldn t miss! Each step is against water resistance which tones, strengthens and challenges those muscles! Toonie Swim -.Toonie Swim each person is only $2.00! Event usually held during the school year on Fridays', or on Special occasions.. Swimming Lessons: We offer swimming lessons through the Swim for Life Program and leadership courses through the Lifesaving Society of Canada!
