Sanctioned # GA10-46 Dynamo Swim Club 3119 Shallowford Road Chamblee, GA (770) ext. 13 This is an 8-lane, 50-meter indoor pool. Colorado Timing System will be used. Warm-up/warm-down will be available in the adjacent 25-yard indoor pool. The competition course has been certified in accordance with C(4). The copy of such certification is on file with USA Swimming & Georgia Swimming. Out-of-State teams should be prepared to submit proof of current USA Swimming membership for each swimmer entered, if requested by the sponsoring team. Dynamo will accept USA registrations at the meet. You must have a check for $61.00 made out to Georgia Swimming to register. All teams must sign the waiver on the Summary Sheet stating that all swimmers and coaches participating in this meet are currently registered with USA Swimming. TIME STANDARDS: RULES: WARM UP: FORMAT: There are no time standards for this meet. The current USA Swimming rules will govern the conduct of this meet, unless noted otherwise herein. All swimmers will be responsible for swimming in their assigned heats and lanes. Coaches will be required to display their current USA Swimming Coaches registration card at all time while on deck or in hospitality. The Georgia Swimming approved warm-up guidelines will be followed for this meet. Warm-up lane assignments will be posted at the pool and each team will be required to furnish at least one USA Swimming Certified Coach to monitor their swimmers. In order to eliminate as many empty lanes as possible; and thus speed up the meet: ALL EVENTS for swimmers 13 & Over will be POSITIVE CHECK-IN according to the schedule below. Following the check-in period for each set of events; swimmers who have not checked in will be eliminated; the events seeded and heat sheets generated. It is critical that you remind all your swimmers to check in before their session or they will not get to swim their event; NO EXCEPTIONS.

2 All events will be conducted as Timed Finals; and swum slowest to fastest; including the 400-meter Free and 400-meter IM events. The Meet Director and Meet Referee reserve the right to limit the 400 Free and 400 IM, to the fastest 40 entries; if necessary, based on timeline estimates. Dive-over starts may be utilized at the discretion of the meet management and officials. This is not a Team scored meet. CHECK-IN: Saturday morning: Events :30am 8:15am Events By 9:00 AM for 400 Free Saturday afternoon: Events :00pm 1:45pm Sunday morning: Events :30am 8:15am Events By 9:00am for 400 IM Sunday afternoon: Events :00pm 1:45pm ENTRIES: All entry times must be short course yards. Please submit entries in a Hytek entry file. Each entry must include the USA Swimming Club Code; each swimmer s USA Swimming registration number; swimmer s first and last name, age, and seed time for each event entered. Incomplete entries may be refused. Each team must complete the Meet Entry Summary Sheet. A printed copy of all entries, fees, and a completed and signed Liability Release Form must be submitted by the entry deadline. entries, as attached Hytek files, can be sent to: swimsalt@bellsouth.net as long as a hard copy, signed entry summary form, signed liability release form, and a check are received by the entry deadline. entries must be accompanied by a word file of your entries so we can verify proper import. ENTRY DEADLINE: ENTRY LIMIT: All entries must be received on or before Wednesday, April 14, 2010 by 5PM. Total participation will be limited to the first two hundred (200) 13 & Over swimmers and the first two hundred (200) 12 & Under swimmers from whom entries are received. Dynamo Meet Management reserves the right to marginally increase the entry limits only if the additions would not materially affect current projected time lines. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Absolutely no phone or fax entries will be accepted. All entry times must be short course yards. No more than eight (8) events total for the meet.

3 ENTRY FEES: Four dollars ($4.00) per event. In addition, Georgia Swimming requires a $2.00 surcharge per swimmer for all swimmers from outside the GA LSC. LATE ENTRIES: Late entries will be accepted for empty lanes only. New heats will not be created to accommodate late entries. Empty lanes will be determined after the positive check-in process and then late entries assigned lanes. Swimmers and Entries from new swimmers will not be accepted once the session swimmer limits specified above are reached. Fees for late entries will be $8.00 for each individual event; payable at the clerk of course at time of entry. NOTE: All swimmers entering late must show their 2010 USA Swimming registration card to the Clerk of Course to verify their current USA Swimming membership. No Exception AWARDS: Ribbons for 1st 8th place finishers in all events for 10 & Under and age groups. LIABILITY RELEASE: In granting this Sanction it is understood and agreed that, USA Swimming, Inc., Georgia Swimming, Inc. and the Dynamo Swim Club shall be free and held harmless from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injury to anyone during the conduct of the event. Acceptance of this policy is evidenced by entry into this meet. MANDATORY COACHES MEETING: All coaches will be required to sign in and show their 2010 USA Swimming coaches registration card. Coaches must wear their current Registration Card at all times while at the meet. Any coaches not having a current certification will be barred from the pool deck. Coaches are reminded to closely supervise their swimmers at all times. At least one coach from each team must attend a coaches meeting at 8:45 A.M. on Saturday morning. OFFICIALS: HOSPITALITY & CONCESSIONS: PARKING: The Dynamo Swim Club welcomes and encourages the assistance of Certified Officials from visiting teams. To volunteer, please contact the Meet Referee once you arrive. Officials should be prepared to present their Georgia Swimming Certification card and their 2010 U.S.A. Swimming membership card upon check-in and wear both cards at all times. Proper dress for officials is blue pants/shorts, white polo shirt, white deck shoes and white socks. Officials meeting will take place approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of each session. Concessions will be available through Joy Delivered. A hospitality area will be provided for all officials and coaches. The Dynamo Swim Club has limited parking. Please adhere to the Parking directions on the property.
