Participants will learn to do basic dives in the tuck, pike, straight, and free position off of the diving board from a qualified diving coach.. Participants will participate in one meet after learning basic dives. This class is offered at a time that permits children to participate in camp and take the diving course. Intermediate Diving- This course is only for those who have passed their Deep Water Test. Participants will feel comfortable performing basic dives off of the high and low diving boards and can be for those who have previously participated in the Introduction Program. Participants will participate in one meet after learning basic dives. A qualified diving coach instructs this class. This class is offered at a time that permits children to participate in both diving and swim team for 11 & older! GRAYDON COMPETITIVE SWIM TEAM Competitive Swim Team (11 and older)*-$190/24 practices: June 22-July 26 Competitive Swim Team (8-10 year olds)* $190/24 practices: June 22-July 26 1:15-2:15 PM (M-F) 2:15-3:15 PM (M-F) Competitive Swim Team (11 and older) / Competitive Swim Team (8-10 year olds) - This is a competitive program only for those who have passed the Deep Water Test. Competitors learn refined stroke mechanics, racing techniques, and build endurance. Swimmers compete in meets against other local teams. The season culminates with a beach dinner and awards for the athletes! ADULT FITNESS SWIM CLASSES Adult Swim Fitness - $120/7 sessions: July 6-27 Swim while your children are enrolled in the 12:30 Swim Lesson 12:30-1:15 PM (T, R) Adult Swim Fitness - $140/7 sessions: July :15-7:15 PM (T, W) Adult Swim Fitness- This course is for adults who know how to swim, but would like to build up stamina and ability to swim greater distances with ease. Conducted in the lap lanes, the course is individualized to work with different ability levels. Many adults training for triathlons have taken this course as well as those looking to do a cardio workout. If you are a parent and have your children enrolled in the 12:30 swim classes, the afternoon class runs simultaneously!!

Swim Lessons & Swim Team / 13 sessions: July 3-20 Swim Lessons continue for 6 more lessons: July :15-4:00 PM (M-F July 3-20) 2:15-3:00 PM (M-F July 21-28) Parent & Toddler- Parents join their children in the water for this class. Parents and children are instructed by a pair of instructors to learn basic swimming skills and water safety rules for children 1-4 years of age. Independent Preschooler- This program is geared for those ages 3-4 who can work in small groups without a parent. There are two instructors and a maximum of 8 children per class. There are two groups only, so space is limited! It is suggested for those who have been in the Parent & Toddler Program and feel comfortable taking the next step. Youth Level Instruction (Grades 7-10)- This is a small instructor to participant class for those in grades 7, 8, 9, and 10 who would like to be stronger, safer swimmers or who have not passed their Deep Water Test. It allows swimmers to learn within their peer group. Youth Levels 1-6 Instruction (Grades K-6)- This is a progressive series of classes building upon skills at each lesson level. Children in grades K-6 are eligible to participate. Skills focus on water exploration, stroke mechanics and coordination, and safety. Level 4 is designed to prepare potential candidates to pass the Deep Water Test. Swim Team Readiness (6-10 year olds)- This is a combination program for those children who would like to be part of the swim team, but have not passed the Deep Water Test and need further instructional swim to build up their endurance, comfort, and skills in the water. For SUP Yoga, participants learn various poses while balancing on their boards. For SUP Instruction, participants do stand up exercises using a paddle to balance and move. Both courses are taught by a qualified instructor. ADULT BEACH YOGA Beach Yoga- $75/5 sessions June 29, July 7, 14, 21, 28 7:00-8:00 PM (R) Adult Beach Yoga- Enjoy Yoga on the beach once the crowds have gone for the day. This course is taught by a qualified instructor.

4 Aquatic programs are offered to all Graydon Pool seasonal members by qualified swim instructors on staff. (An additional $10 fee will be charged to nonresidents) Aquatic Swim Program Season: Thursday, June 22 Tuesday, August 1, MEET & GREET Learn details, register, and meet the aquatics staff at Graydon Pool Saturday, June 3rd 10 am 1 pm SWIM TESTS will be given to place newly registered swimmers in Learn to Swim classes. This will avoid any confusion on Day 1! Just stop on by, and we ll give you a swim test. Saturday, June 17 th 11 am 2 pm Metro Swim Shop Purchase suits, goggles, and all sorts of equipment at the Annual Swim Suit Sale for Swim Team at the Meet & Greet on the 17th! SWIM TESTS will continue for newly registered swimmers in Learn to Swim classes. We will palace you to avoid any confusion Day 1! Lessons are held rain or shine as long as Graydon facility is open. No refunds are given due to weather conditions or missed classes!
