Babies must be able to hold their head up in order to participate. The goal is to help them experience the water and start understanding how to move, float and blow bubbles. 2 PRE-SCHOOL (CONTINUED) 3 mos - 6 yrs ON MY OWN Sea Otter (3 yrs - 6 yrs) In this level, our swimmers work on becoming comfortable in the water while doing floats, glides and starting to swim one metre. As well as feeling comfortable with their faces in the water blowing bubbles. Children will also learn to make sure it is safe and have adult supervision before entering the water. The instructor will evaluate based on the child need of minimal assistance from the instructor or flotation devices. 7 YOUTH, TEEN & ADULT ADVANCED/CERTIFICATION 8 yrs+ Junior Lifeguard Club The Junior Lifeguard Club is for youth who are able to swim at least 25 metres, Level 4 or equivalent. This program is designed to let kids participate in activities similar to those of real lifeguards in a safe, fun and controlled setting. If you sign up for three of the sessions you will receive $25 off the last lesson set. This program will run for one hour a class. Prerequisite - Swim Kids 4 swimming level or equivalent. PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS These lessons are great 30-minute classes to use as a supplement for your regular group lesson.
