8 Session Descriptions This session is open to everyone. s will be available as advertised or at the discretion of the Management Team. Funky Floats/Disco Dash Come and have fun on our Funky Floats or on our main pool inflatable, The Disco Dash! (Please note: weak swimmers should be accompanied by an adult). Disco Dash Time Trial Look out for our Disco Dash Time Trials and see if you can race your way along our pool inflatable to get your name to the top of the leader board! Dates of Time Trials will be advertised in centre and on our website. Designed for those who want a continuous length swim. Lunch Time (Main ) This session starts at 1.10pm Monday Friday School Term Time only. Everyone is welcome and two lanes will be provided, Fast and Medium. Shallow Water Aquafit Our water based aerobics class. (The shallow end of the main pool will be roped off for this class during a public swimming session). fit Offering you expert support, you can be assured to get the ultimate swim every time. Water Mobility Have fun whilst improving your flexibility and co-ordination, other benefits include stress relief, weight control and pain management. Parent and Child The perfect session to introduce babies, toddlers and young children to the world of water, your child can play and have fun with our range of small pool toys and floats. (Lunch time sessions in term time only) Water Confidence A friendly family session to develop children s water confidence. An ASA Qualified Instructor will be in the water to give parents advice. Adults Only These sessions allow adult swimmers to enjoy an evening of swimming in a peaceful environment Junior fit This instructor led pool session will help you improve stamina and endurance in the pool. Choose a new workout card each week and see how many more lengths you can complete. Suitable for those ASA Stage 6 and up, or who can swim ten or more lengths. Maximum age & Disabled A pool session exclusively for the over 50 s and disabled. This instructor supervised session allows for a much quieter and relaxed swim. Team Available for those at competitive standard who do not wish to compete but still like the competitive style training plans. Aquanatal A class designed for expectant mothers to help enhance function, improve body image and blood flow, and reduce blood pressure, heart rate and stress.
