We will fllw the NFHS rulebk, exceptins are n the next page: Rules: The Natinal Federatin f State High Schl Assciatin rules will gvern the meet. USA swim fficials will run the meet accrding t these rules. As a reminder, please nte the fllwing items: 1. Sprtsmanship and prper cnduct will be expected per NFHS guidelines. 2. Swimmers must enter the water feet first prir t warming-up and cling dwn. 3. Swimmers must wear either team suits r dark blue r black suits withut ther team lgs. Only high schl swim team lgs are allwed. 4. N shaving is allwed at the pl site r in the adjining buildings. 5. Swim caps shall be team caps r turned inside ut during the cmpetitin. 6. Individual teams must prvide their wn lap cunters. 7. As referenced in the NFHS Swimming Rules , since this is a champinship meet the swimmer shall be disqualified frm further cmpetitin fr failing t cmpete in all races and heats fr which he/she has qualified and/r been entered. NOTE: The EBAL League Champinship meet will be USA Swimming bserved and the times will be submitted t Pacific Swimming fr inclusin 3

4 Exceptins t Champinships frm league bylaws: a) Each schl will be allwed eight entries per individual Varsity event with the fllwing exceptin f unlimited entries in Var. Diving, 50 & 100 free fr the Var. swimmers. b) Only fur Varsity Swimmers / Divers per schl are allwed t mve n t Finals and scre in each event this includes alternates. Nte, alternates cunt as part f the fur c) Relays: either the A r B relay advance n time but nly ne team per schl is allwed t advance int the finals. All teams will advance a relay t finals, swum in tw heats f 5 teams each. All teams regardless f heat are eligible t scre in any psitin. Swimming scratches fr Saturday must be declared n Friday within 30 minutes f the cnclusin f the varsity bys 400 Free Relay. d) 48 hurs after Team Entries have been submitted by April 30th at 5:15pm, held ne week prir t the Champinship Meet, each team will receive an Entry Cnfirmatin cntaining the entries f their team alne. Each team will have 24 hurs t make any changes befre thse entries are lcked int place. Nte: the timeline can be fund n page 1 and in the entry infrmatin prvided by Danny Weber.
