3 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Oceania Junior Championships The Conditions of Entry are as follows: 1. Players entering the Championships agree to: a. Refrain from any conduct, which would bring the sport into disrepute; b. Abide by the spirit, as well as the letter of the Rules of Squash; c. Comply with the reasonable directions of tournament officials; d. If under the legal age limit, not consume any alcohol; e. Irrespective of age, not consume any prohibited drugs. Any player found to be under the influence of any prohibited drug during the course of the tournament will be in breach of these conditions; f. If over the legal age limit, not consume any alcohol in the presence of under-age people or on the premises where the tournament is being conducted (including any location participants are housed/accommodated). Any player found to be intoxicated during the course of the tournament would be in breach of these conditions; g. Participate in any random drug testing conducted by the appropriate authority; h. The player gives their permission for the Oceania Squash Federation and Squash Australia to use any photographic or video imagery taken of the player to be used by the Oceania Squash Federation Squash Australia in printed publications, on the internet or in other electronic formats for press or print purposes. If my image is used, the player consent, without further consideration or compensation to the use (full or part) of images taken of the player for the purposes of illustration, broadcast or distribution of any manner. The player understands the negatives and print remains the property of Squash Australia and that there will be no restrictions on the number of times the image is used. The player accepts that no payment is due in respect of this authority and that no further payments to the player are/is required at any time. i. Any Appeal lodged by me or on my behalf when adjudicated upon in accord with Championship Regulations is final. 2. I acknowledge that I am subject to the World Squash Federation (WSF), Oceania Squash Federation and Squash Australia s Regulations as listed, given my membership of my Country Association and particularly while participating in these Championships; a.
