4 MEDIA CENTER At the access of the press centre there will be a bag search done by the security of the tournament as protocol requires at all the big events. Opening Hours: 10am to 11pm Access: Calle Marqués de Mulhacén Information: Daily clippings, Daily Programme, ATP Stats, Interview Transcripts Non-smoking Area Public transport is recommended to get to the tournament

5 PRESS CONFERENCE Located at Media Centre (Level -1) Press conferences announced via sms service (please let the welcome desk know if you wish or not to receive these messages) Audio archives available online at the web page of the tournament after the press conferences

6 MIXED ZONE We change location and will be located next to the entrance of the access gateway to the Player s Lounge.

8 PHOTOGRAPHERS Located at Media Centre(Level -1), next to the Press Conference room The lockers will work with a key. The deposit for the use of a locker will be 5 euros which will be given back once the key is returned Center Court Position: Box 11 and 12 (Tribune A) Daily tickets for Center Court position provided at Welcome Desk * The 29th of April the delievery of the tickets to the box seats will begin 2 hours prior to the start of the singles final.

11 APP The tournament has created an offical app for smartphones and tablets that can be found at the Apple and Android stores under the acronym which identifies the majority of social media accounts of the tournament "bcnopenbs". This app allows that tennis fans from all over the world to follow the tournamnent at all times, all the matches and all relevant information.
