3 Centercourt Adult Tennis At Centercourt Athletic Club of Chatham, our instructional programs are based on a unique developmental pathway. Our programs follow many steps which help players build on a solid tennis foundation and succeed in an effective and efficient manner. The skills, drills and thrills of doubles are featured in a dynamic play action format. Experience our tactical and technical approach to aggressive percentage doubles. Our clinics are a great way to get introduced to the fundamentals, to refine your existing strokes and to add new shots to your game. League Play is Encouraged Advanced Intermediate ( ) Intermediate ( ) Lower Intermediate ( ) Advanced Beginner ( ) Fast Start Tennis ( ) Fast Start Tennis Fall Session I: 8 Weeks 9/11/17 11/3/17 Fall Session II: 7 Weeks 11/6/17 12/22/17 Winter Session I: 7 Weeks 1/2/18 2/2/18 Winter Session II: 6 Weeks 2/19/18 3/30/18 Spring Session: 10 Weeks 4/2/18 6/10/18 Fast Start Tennis ( ) Fast Start is specifically designed for players new to the game. This program provides a comprehensive and focused emphasis on teaching the basic stroke fundamentals in a fun and controlled environment. Fast Start Tennis Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11:00 12:30pm Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 9:00pm 1
4 Fall Season: Winter Season: Spring Session: 15 Weeks 9/11/17 12/24/17 13 Weeks 1/2/18 3/31/18 10 Weeks 4/2/18 6/10/18 Women s Doubles Clinic These clinics feature an energetic drill and game based environment for the player that has basic serve and rally skills. This program focuses on continued stroke development and refinement for forehand and backhand groundstrokes, serve and return of serve, volleys, lobs, and overheads. Emphasis will be to develop consistency through improving balance, footwork, racquet technique and tactical decision making. Women s Doubles Clinics: s Advanced Beginner s Lower Intermediate s Intermediate s Advance Intermediate Women s Doubles Clinics Schedule: Monday Friday: 9:30 11:00am Monday and Wednesday: 7:30 9:00pm Men s Drill Doubles Clinic This clinic features and energetic drill and game based environment for players that have a dependable serve and rally skills. Sign up on a weekly basis. Men s Doubles Clinics Schedule: Year round (weekly sign-ups) Sunday: 8:00 9:30am Tuesday: 8:30 10:00pm Thursday: 8:30 10:00pm Cardio Tennis and TRX Cardio Tennis Cardio Tennis is the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout and a social, fun class for players of all ability levels. Cardio Tennis Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 12:00pm Saturday: 9:00 10:00am Sunday: 9:30 10:30am TRX Cardio Boot Camp combines suspension training with live ball cardio tennis games and drills. The workout focuses on both endurance and strength components. A fun, full body, calorie burning group fitness class on the tennis court. TRX Cardio Boot Camp Schedule: Friday: 12:00 1:30pm 2

Match cost are complimentary. (non-member costs are $35 per practice and $35 per match) Weekly practice day and time are subject to change based upon season, team and USTA league. Mixed Doubles Mixed doubles leagues are made up of teams comprised of partners with combined ratings starting at a 6.0 level and continuing through a 9.0 level Season will run from February April Men s and Women s USTA Spring/Summer Leagues Season will run from May - July NTRP Levels: Days / times TBA USTA Women s Day League (Fall, Winter and Spring) Season will run from September April NTRP Levels: 3.0, 3.5 & matches will be played on Tuesday from 12:00 2:00pm 3.5 and 4.0 matches will be played on Thursday from 10:00 12:00pm and/or 12:00 2:00pm 3
