BALLS Babolat French Open balls will be provided on-court. Ball change will occur after the first seven games of the match, and thereafter every nine games. 9. SHOES The Player is required to wear tennis shoes accepted for play on clay courts. The referee will have the authority to determine that a tennis shoe does not conform to such customs & standards, and to prohibit its use at Roland-Garros. 5 Terms and Conditions governing player participation at Roland-Garros junior championships BY ENTERING THE ROLAND-GARROS JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS (HEREINAFTER, "ROLAND-GARROS" OR THE "TOURNAMENT"), YOU, THE PLAYER WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE FRONT OF THIS ENTRY FORM (HEREINAFTER, THE "PLAYER"), EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER, THE "AGREEMENT"). 1 The following terms and conditions shall apply to any Player entering the Tournament, under the junior competition (girls and boys qualifying singles, girls and boys singles, girls and boys doubles). 2 Roland-Garros 2014 is organized and sanctioned by the French Tennis Federation and will be staged in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Grand Slam Board as set out in the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book. As a condition to her/his entry, Player shall therefore abide by the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book and the Rules of Tennis as approved by the International Tennis Federation («ITF»). The 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book and the ITF Rules of Tennis are available on the ITF website at the following addresses: rulebooks/grand-slams.aspx (Grand Slam Rulebook) and (Rules of Tennis). These documents may also be obtained from the ITF office within the Roland-Garros Stadium. 3 Roland-Garros 2014 will be played at Roland-Garros Stadium, Paris, France, on red clay, with Babolat French Open balls, subject to any event of force majeure. 4 In order to participate, Player must submit a signed official entry form prior to get her/his accreditation. 5 Player understands and acknowledges that, as a condition to her/his entry, she/he will abide by the Roland-Garros Ground Rules [French: Règlement Intérieur du Stade Roland-Garros] which are available on (Stadium Regulation tab and can be obtained from the players desk within the Roland-Garros Stadium). 6 Player declares and acknowledges that she/he has read and understood Article III, C (DRESS AND EQUIPMENT) of The 2014 Grand Slam Rule Book. Player shall fully comply with these dress and equipment regulations. 7 Player is required to ensure that its sponsors or contracted third parties do not directly or indirectly become, or seek to become, associated with the French Tennis Federation or with the event, and that they comply with this document and all other documents listed hereby. Ambush marketing activities include but are not limited to the following violations: (i) an infringement of Roland-Garros official sponsors rights related to the Tournament; or (ii) any advertising or promotional activity involving the use, or which could reasonably be understood to involve the use, of any French Tennis Federation or Roland- Garros intellectual property rights; or (iii) any infringement of the restrictions on the activities of contracted third parties as described in this document or in the documents listed hereby. 8 Player declares and acknowledges that she/he has read and understood Article IV (UNIFORM TENNIS ANTI-CORRUPTION PROGRAM) and Article V (PLAYER MAJOR OFFENCES) of APPENDIX D (CODE OF CONDUCT), and APPENDIX F (WELFARE POLICY) of the 2014 ITF Junior Circuit Regulations and shall not during Roland-Garros engage in any prohibited behavior or activities as defined therein. Player understands that violation of any section of Article IV and/or Article V of APPENDIX D and/or APPENDIX F shall result in serious penalties as set out therein. 9 Due to ethical issues with respect to protecting the integrity of tennis competitions, Player shall not engage in or carry out, whether directly or through an intermediary, regardless the method (including by way of using on-line communication techniques), any form of gambling or betting activity whatsoever (including private gambling or betting between physical persons), in connection with the Tournament and/or people involved in the Tournament, whether in France or abroad. Nor shall Player communicate to any third party any privileged information unknown to the public he/she may have knowledge, in connection with the Tournament and/or people involved in the Tournament. Player agrees to abide by the ITF Tennis Anti-Doping Programme and to submit to the jurisdiction of the ITF to enforce the ITF Tennis Anti-Doping Programme. To the extent permitted by law, Player grants without compensation (for himself, her/his heirs, devisees, executors, administrators or assigns) to the French Tennis Federation, the official broadcasters, media partners, and sponsors of Roland- Garros, the right to make and the perpetual right to use, exhibit and reproduce, worldwide, at their discretion, Player s name, voice, biographical material, Player s likeness or image, or any visual description of the Player, made during or in connection with Roland-Garros, for any purpose whatsoever including but not limited to for the purposes of: (i) publicizing, promoting and advertising the Tournament and the French Tennis Federation, (ii) providing information and news in relation to the Tournament, (iii) audio-visual coverage, distribution, and broadcast of the Tournament, (iv) archiving. Player understands and agrees that such use of Player s name, voice, biographical material or Player s likeness or image by the French Tennis Federation, the official broadcasters, media partners and sponsors of Roland-Garros may be effected by way of any technologies, distribution techniques and media, including but not limited to: terrestrial and over the air, cable & satellite, VOD, mobile/cellular telephones and technology (DVB-H, 3G, 4G, UMTS, etc.), ADSL, DVD, VHS, UMD, Internet, on-demand services, narrow or broadband services, all other forms of online or offline distribution now known or hereafter developed. Player agrees, without compensation, to cooperate with the French Tennis Federation, official broadcasters and media partners and to participate, upon request from the French Tennis Federation, in reasonable promotional activities for Roland-Garros including but not limited to: (i) pre-match and post-match interviews, (ii) requiring Player s coach to be available for televised interviews prior to, during, and following Player s matches, (iii) press conferences, (iv) on-court interviews. In addition, Player understands and agrees that the girls and boys singles Roland-Garros champions are expected to participate, without compensation, in additional promotional activities organized by the French Tennis Federation. Player s participation in any of the promotional activities outlined herein shall not be identified as or represented to be an endorsement by Player of

Player understands and agrees that, unless approved in advance in writing by the French Tennis Federation, it is strictly forbidden to broadcast and/or to offer to the public, live or on a delayed basis, in whole or in part, whether on a free basis or subject to payment, any sound recording or motion pictures captured by any means whatsoever inside the Roland-Garros Stadium (especially on the competition courts and inside any restricted areas including locker rooms and areas reserved for players) for any type of public access, and this regardless the means of transmission (Internet, radio, television, mobile phones, data storage accessories or any other current or future media). This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, any broadcasting and/or provision and/or incorporation of motion pictures and/ or sound recordings captured inside the Roland-Garros Stadium (especially on the competition courts and inside any restricted areas including locker rooms and areas reserved for players) on any User Generated Content (UGC) website or platform, in any digital media as well as in any audiovisual output or work. Player shall inform her/his coaches and or any other person who receives accreditation at the event at the request of the Player or any other related person that these prohibitions also apply to them. Player understands and acknowledges that her/his accreditation (i) shall be valid from the time of its issuance till the end of the Tournament, and (ii) is non-transferable and must be visibly worn at all times while inside the Roland-Garros venue. Player agrees to be respectful of Roland-Garros sponsors, official broadcasters and partners. Moreover, Player shall not publicly voice an endorsement or acknowledgement of any product, service or company while participating in any official Tournament ceremony or any of the activities mentioned under section 12 above. Player agrees that it shall execute and perform this provision honestly and in good faith. Player agrees to fully cooperate with the Tournament doctors/ medical staff/primary health care provider, as may be necessary for first aid or treatment to Player. Official tournament hospitality for coaches and players shall be provided separately and bedrooms may only be shared by players of the same sex. Requests to share hotel accommodation by players and coaches from the same or opposite sex should at all times be refused. The only exception allowed to this rule is when a National Association nominates a parent as the official coach/representative. Player agrees, as a condition to her/his entry, to waive any and all claims against the French Tennis Federation, its employees, directors, elected members [French: élus], or representatives in relation to any injury, damage and/or prejudice whatsoever she/he may have suffered in the Roland-Garros Stadium during the Tournament (including during qualifying) or by reason of using the official Tournament transportation services, subject to any grievous wrongdoing [French: faute lourde] on the part of the French Tennis Federation. Player shall require her/his coach(es), staff member(s), guest(s), all contracted third parties and any other person who receives accreditation at the event at the request of the Player or any other related person to comply with any and all terms and conditions outlined in this document and in all other documents listed hereby. For the purpose of resolving any language discrepancy that may exist between the documents appearing below, it is agreed that those listed first shall prevail over those mentioned afterwards: (i) this Agreement, (ii) the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book; (iii) the Roland-Garros Ground Rules, (iv) the Rules of Tennis. For the purpose of resolving any inconsistent clause between the provisions contained in the documents aforementioned, it is agreed that the most constraining provisions to which the Player is subjected, shall prevail over any other clause. In the event that, despite the above, the inconsistency persists, it is agreed that the documents listed first shall prevail over those mentioned afterwards: (i) this Agreement; (ii) the 2014 Grand Slam Rulebook; (iii) the Roland-Garros Ground Rules; (iv) the Rules of tennis. Subject to any specific provisions in the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book, the present Agreement and any dispute relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law, and the Player and the French Tennis Federation agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.

Player agrees, as a condition to her/his entry, to waive any and all claims against the French Tennis Federation, its employees, directors, elected members [French: élus], or representatives in relation to any injury, damage and/or prejudice whatsoever she/ he may have suffered in the Roland-Garros Stadium during the Tournament (including during qualifying) or by reason of using the official Tournament transportation services, subject to any grievous wrongdoing [French: faute lourde] on the part of the French Tennis Federation. Player shall require her/his coach(es), staff member(s), guest(s), all contracted third parties and any other person who receives accreditation at the event at the request of the Player or any other related person to comply with any and all terms and conditions outlined in this document and in all other documents listed hereby. For the purpose of resolving any language discrepancy that may exist between the documents appearing below, it is agreed that those listed first shall prevail over those mentioned afterwards: (i) this Agreement, (ii) the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book; (iii) the Roland-Garros Ground Rules, (iv) the Rules of Tennis. For the purpose of resolving any inconsistent clause between the provisions contained in the documents aforementioned, it is agreed that the most constraining provisions to which the Player is subjected, shall prevail over any other clause. In the event that, despite the above, the inconsistency persists, it is agreed that the documents listed first shall prevail over those mentioned afterwards: (i) this Agreement; (ii) the 2014 Grand Slam Rulebook; (iii) the Roland-Garros Ground Rules; (iv) the Rules of tennis. Subject to any specific provisions in the 2014 Official Grand Slam Rule Book, the present Agreement and any dispute relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law, and the Player and the French Tennis Federation agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
