GENERAL The tournament will be played in accordance with the Laws of Badminton, BWF s General Competition Regulations and Badminton Europe s Junior Circuit Regulations. In the event of any dispute, the Referee s decision shall be final. ELIGIBILITY 1. Ukrainian Badminton license for the Ukrainian players. 2. Foreign players have to be members of an association affiliated to the BWF. 3. According to BWF rules U19 boys/girls: singles, doubles and mixed.

3 ENTRIES Entries must be done in order of strength. 64 in singles, 48 in men s, women s and mixed doubles will be accepted. If the amount of entries exceeds the maximum amount selection of entries shall be done by BADMINTON EUROPE. It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with regulation 10.4 in Appendix 6 to BWF s General Competition Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings Entries must be made by a Member Association of which the player/pair is a member. All entries must be made by using the BWF Online Entry System: ENTRY FEES Singles: 25 per player Doubles & Mixed: 20 per player / 40 per pair PRIZE MONEY (US$) MS WS MD WD XD Winner Runner-up CLOTHING AND ADVERTISING We refer to the BWF s General Competition Regulations and BEC Junior Circuit Regulation 13. Colour, design, lettering and advertising on clothing shall be regulated by BWF General Competition Regulations 20 to 24. A player violating these regulations shall be penalised by an administrative fine of 50,00 EUR. For all BEC Junior Circuit tournaments the name on the back of the shirts is mandatory at all time during play in the semi-finals and finals A player failing to wear the name on his/her shirt when mandatory shall result in an administrative fine of 50,00 EUR. It is mandatory for the semi-finals and finals that partners in doubles wear the same colour of the T-shirt and shorts/skirts. Failing to do so shall result in an administrative fine of 50,00 EUR.

You can also fly to Kiev, Kharkov or Zaporozhye and then get train or bus to our city. Distance between Kiev and Dnіpro 500 km, Kharkov and Dnipro 250 km, Zaporozhye and Dnipro 100 km. Transfer between Dnіpro airport, railway station and the hotels, and also between the hotels and the venue will be provided by the organizer free of charge.
