1 BOBCAT/BOBBIE ATHLETICS SUMMER 2017 The athletic department at Dimmitt High School is preparing for the summer and the start of fall practices for VB, CC, and Football. This summer we will be offering summer workouts for our athletes to maintain and condition themselves for the start of workouts in their sports in August. Our athletes have worked hard to improve themselves physically throughout this school year. It is imperative that our athletes continue to work out during the summer for this will benefit us when we start competing again in August. I am providing a schedule for athletes so they can participate in our summer workouts. Also included in this schedule will be workout times for August. We will be dismissing school May 19 th. The athletes will have their first summer workout session Monday, June 5 th. Week 1 June 5, 6, 7, 8 Monday, June 5 th 7 on 7 Football at Littlefield 6 P.M. Tuesday, June 6 th Summer League Basketball boys and girls at Dimmitt 5 P.M. Thurs., June 7 th Summer League Baseball Schedule TBD May 21 Girls Softball and Volleyball will also have games and camps with dates and times to be set later. Friday and Saturday, June 9 th an 10 th Girls Coaching School at Lubbock Week 2 June 12, 13, 14, 15 Monday, June 12 th 7 on 7 Football at Dimmitt 7 P.M.
