Camp will be based out of the Family Entertainment Center, utilizing both the play scape and the climbing walls. Each week is themed to provide a wide variety of wiped out weeks! Join us for the ultimate summer experience! -Every week: May 28th - August 17th -Monday through Friday -: 9:00am 12:00noon -: 9:00am **Lunch Included -Early Drop-Off and Late Pick Up Options Summer SPORT Camps: Make this summer all about sports! Camps will be running in Soccer, Basketball, Football, and Volleyball. Whether you re looking to try a new sport or put in some good work on the court or field with our coaches, there s a camp for you! And, get the best of both worlds by adding an afternoon Wipeout session to your half day sport camp. -Every week: May 28th - August 16th -Monday through Thursday -: 9:00am 12:00noon -: 9:00am **Lunch Included -Early Drop-Off and Late Pick Up Options
3 DESCRIPTIONS Summer Rocks: Be a Rockstar for a week! This camp will center around learning and playing a variety of instruments. You even get to make your own! Featuring guest performances and musical education by an artist, this week will definitely rock! Week 1 (K-5th): May 28th - June 1st Art Attack: With a new project every day and guest artists, our version of arts & crafts knocks it out of the park! Get creative with your friends this summer (and make some new ones!) Week 2 (K-5th): June 4th - June 8th Science Camp: Stand back, we re going to try some SCIENCE! Experiments, legos, robotics, technology what could go wrong?? With a visit from a guest teacher, we re getting our STEM on! Week 3 (K-5th): June 11th - June 15th Ninja Warrior: Climb, crawl, duck, dodge, escape! Spend the week navigating obstacle courses, climbing high and learning about agility & fitness! Week 4 (K-5th): June 18th - June 22nd Games Galore: Play some of our favorite field games with us all week! You know about kickball and dodgeball but have you heard of Archery Tag?? There will be games galore on our indoor field this week! Week 5 (K-5th): June 25th - June 29th Stars and Stripes: Get ready for our nation s biggest celebration of the year! Learn about the 4th of July holiday, design and create care boxes for active soldiers, and get crafty for the local parade! Guest visits will include local volunteer organizations and U.S. veterans. Week 6 (K-5th): July 2nd - July 6th (M, T, Th, F) Healthy Cooking: Explore health and nutrition with the help of a special guest chef! This week is all about fruits, veggies and staying active! Week 7 (K-5th): July 9th - July 13th Around the World: With over 7 billion people in the world, there s so much to learn about everyone else! Spend the week learning about a different country each day and the food, music, culture and traditions that its people enjoy. We ll have visits from guest speakers and snacks from each country! Week 8 (K-5th): July 16th - July 20th Community Helpers: It takes a lot of hard work to make our community strong! This week will be spent doing a service project and learning about the various paid and volunteer organizations that keep our community running smoothly and safely! Week 9 (K-5th): July 23rd - July 27th Wildlife: We might have to take this one outside! This week you ll learn all about animals and veterinary care with some visits from some live critters (and their handlers!) Week 10 (K-5th): July 30th - August 3rd Olympics: This week is all about sports! We ll play some traditional olympic sports and some that are not so traditional. You ll even get to make up one of your own and work towards a personal best! Week 11(K-5th): August 6th - August 10th Wipeout (Classic): This is where it all began! Our classic WIPEOUT camp has been a hit from day one. Campers get to explore and experience everything that HCI has to offer- sports, climbing, play scape, crafts, games you name it! Get ready to be wiped out! Week 12 (K-5th): August 13th - August 17th

5 SPORT DESCRIPTIONS Basketball Little Hoopsters: Coaches will focus on the essential details of shooting, ball handling, defensive fundamentals, and in-game improvement. The first half of camp will be used for informative instruction and teaching with the second half used for full court scrimmage scenarios. Whether you want to be a shooter, rebounder, or point guard, our professional coaching staff will help you each step of the way! Week 2 (K-5th): June 4th - Jun 7th Week 6 (K-5th): July 2nd - July 6th (M, T, Th, F) Soccer Super Skills: Summer Super Skills will cover technical elements of the game such as dribbling, passing, and striking. The week will also focus on 1v1 moves, small group attacking and defending, and decision making on the field. Tactical instruction will be followed by scrimmaging lots of touches on the ball! Week 3 (K-5th): June 11th - June 14th Week 5 (K-5th): June 25th - June 28th Week 9 (K-5th): July 23rd - July 26th Week 11 (K-5th): August 6th - August 9th Volleyball All Skills: Whether you re a beginner or you have some experience, this volleyball camp is designed to help each player get the most out of their time on the court! We will cover all of the major volleyball skills: passing, serving, setting and hitting, and we ll spend some time with game-like drills so each player can learn where to be on the court and how to rotate. Week 3 (K-5th): June 11th - June 14th Week 7 (K-5th): July 9th - July 12th Week 8 (6th - 8th): July 16th July 19th Future Football Champs: This camp will focus on youth football drills and techniques such as tackling, blocking, passing, and receiving. Finish each day with fun football competitions! Week 4 (K-5th): June 18th - June 21st Week 7 (K-5th): July 9th - July 12th Week 10 (K-5th): July 30th - August 2nd Basketball Skills: This camp will concentrate on developing the fundamental skills needed to succeed on the court. Athletes will be challenged with physicality and defensive pressure to inspire hustle and a strong work ethic! Let our professional coaching staff develop your handles, purify your shot, and increase your basketball IQ this summer and prepare for your next season on the court. Week 9 (6th - 8th): July 23rd - July 26th Week 11 (6th - 8th): August 6th - 9th Volleyball Pre-Tryout: This pre-tryout camp is for any player getting ready to tryout for school or club volleyball. We will cover all-skills (passing, serving, setting, hitting and blocking), but there will be an emphasis on team concepts. Tryouts can be a stressful time, so we are hoping to boost each player s confidence by helping them gain more volleyball knowledge beforehand. Week 12 (6th - 8th): August 13th - August 16th All Sport: Kick off summer with a full week of sports at HCI! Soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, lacrosse you ll get to play some of everything! This camp is offered as a half day (morning) camp only. Week 1 (K-5th): May 28th - June 1st (Only Sport Camp )
