2 Walk2Inspire Event Information Take a step, inspire health towards a healthier lifestyle. Walk2Inspire is a fundraising walkathon organized by PeopleGiving Association to raise awareness on the importance of healthy lifestyle through the simple acts of walking. In addition to a fun walkathon, your participation also contributes to the fundraising effort in support of our selected charity partners. This year, we are raising much needed funds for National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM) and Institut Jantung Negara Foundation (IJNF). Participants will have the opportunity to walk alongside nominated individuals and survivors (from NASAM & IJNF) and be able to hear about their journey as well as learn more about the various causes that they are representing.

Event date Venue Arrival time : 29 September 2018 (Saturday) : Taman Pudu Ulu, Cheras (Formerly known as Taman Tasik Pudu Ulu) : 7.00 am Date of Walk Pack Collection Please print out and present the registration information proof as proof for redemption of walk pack. Date Venue : 23 rd September 2018 (10.00am 5.00pm) : Menara Manulife Lobby (Ground Floor, No.6, Jalan Gelenggang, Damansara Heights, Malaysia.) NOTE : STRICTLY NO WALK PACK COLLECTION ON EVENT DAY Participant Categories Category Early bird* Regular* Individual (Adult years old) RM 65 RM 85 Group of 6 (Adult years old) - RM 360 Family package of 1 adult (13 99 years old) and - RM 90 1 child (4 12 years old) *All fees are subjected to Admin fees Walking distance is a 10,000 steps challenge (Approximately 7.6km) Entitlement for Registered Participants 1) Adults (13 99 years old) are entitled to (1) exclusive Brooks t-shirt (worth RM ), (1) pedometer, (1) bib and (1) complimentary goody bag. 2) Children (4 12 years old) are entitled to (1) bib and (1) complimentary goody bag. Walk2Inspire 2018 Terms and Conditions 1) Walk2Inspire 2018 is open to ALL age and fitness level 2) Once the registration form has been duly processed, there will be NO refund of entry fees for those who, for whatever reason, eventually do not take part in the run. 3) Completion and submission of the registration form and payment of fees represent the participant s agreement to abide by the rules and regulations of Walk2Inspire 2018.

4 4) The Organiser, will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of Walk2Inspire 2018, its sponsors and suppliers or their respective servants or agents or from any other cause including any act of God or the physical condition of the participant. 5) The Organiser reserve the right to modify or substitute any of the Rules & Regulations and/or Terms & Conditions from time to time as they deem fit. If there s ambiguity in any of these provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing they will take into account of the interests of all Participants. Any amendments to these Rules & Regulations and/or Terms & Conditions will be updated on the Official Event Page without any notice. 6) The Organiser reserve the right to amend Walk2Inspire 2018 routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participants and /or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice of the Participants. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes. 7) The Walkathon route will be clearly marked with signage and boundaries. Each participant is to complete a full lap, the walking steps are determined by pedometer/colour stickers for each full lap completion. 8) While reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure the participant s safety; participants take part in Walk2Inspire 2018 are at their own risk and the Organiser will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death arising from training or during participation in Walk2Inspire ) Changes in T-shirt size during collection of the event T-shirt is strictly NOT allowed. 10) The Organiser reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of the participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other recorded form of this event for any legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising. 11) The Organiser reserve the right to delay the commencement of the walk in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after delay, the Organiser reserve the right to cancel the walk without any refund. 12) The Organiser reserve the right to remove any participant deemed physically or mentally incapable of continuing with the walk to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to himself/herself. 13) A participant must retire from the walk immediately if requested to do so by any member of the official medical staff, PeopleGiving Association, Marshals and/or Security officer.

5 14) Participants that are feeling unwell are advised to approach any marshals or staff on duty. Participants are also advised to keep a lookout as well for other participants that might need assistance and inform the marshals or staff on duty. 15) For participant below the age of 18 years old: The parent/legal guardian for those under 18 years of age are assumed to agree to the terms & conditions of the event and confirm that the information provided for registration is accurate. The parent/legal guardian for those under 18 years of age are also assumed full liability for any loss, injury, damage and death from the event. 16) Walk Entry Collection is on 23 rd September 2018, 10am 5pm at Menara Manulife Lobby. Strictly no walk pack collection on event day.
