2 The 10th International Cordial Girls Cup will be held within the framework of the International Cordial Cup Since 2010 the International Girls Cup for the U 15 C juniors has been held as part of the annual Cordial Cup. The Cordial Girls Cup has become an integral part of the tournament and will celebrate its 10th ANNIVERSARY in 2019! The games of the 10th Girls Cup in Hopfgarten and Westendorf in June 2019 will take place with an interesting supporting programme. For the first time, the girls will be the centre of attention and celebrate the little anniversary together with the boys when all the final matches will take place on Sunday, 9 June 2019 at the great sports facility in Hopfgarten in Tyrol. 4 10 years CORDIAL GIRLS CUP 2019 We cordially invite you to participate in the 10 th Cordial Girls Cup About two months before the tournament, the draw will take place at the CORDIAL Golf & Wellness Hotel Reith near Kitzbühel. Every year, well-known personalities from the football world actively take part in this event. Jens Nowotny, Didi Constantini, Mathias Sammer, Andy Koepke, Manni Schwabl, Ali Hörtnagl, Martin Max, Michael Baur, Mario Eggimann, Michael Konsel, Pepi Schicklgruber, Pascal Thüler, Klaus Lindenberger, David Kreiner and Dominik Landertinger are among the friends of the Cordial Cup. The presence of the football celebrities naturally causes excitement and joy among the young athletes. Please note that you will receive a confirmation from us per . Only then your participation is valid! Reservation Conditions for players: Players are accomodated in three or four star hotels (Hopfgarten, Hohe Salve) in multiple rooms. Price per night EUR 37, per person incl. half board and tournament organisation. Coaches and accompanying persons of the coaches pay EUR 65, incl. half-board per person per night. The catering on Saturday lunch time will be at the sport grounds and is free for players and coaches. Stay of the crews 7th. 10th June 2019 (3 nights)! Single rooms are limited and only available on request. There will be an additional fee charged (EUR 12, /night p. P.). The head organiser will take into consideration where the teams play when choosing the hotel so they are in short distance to the sport sites. Reservation Conditions for accompanying persons: If possible, they will be accomodated at the same hotel as the team. Please let us know, if this is not required. Price per person, per night in a double room EUR 65, incl. half board. Children sharing the same room with parents: 0 to 6 years free, from 6 to 15 years EUR 37, per night. Single rooms are limited and only available upon request. There will be an additional fee charged (EUR 12, /night). A stay of only 1 night can no longer be booked. Minium stay: 2 nights. For 2 nights a supplement of 5, per person/night for the short stay is charged. From 3 nights the offered Cordial Cup price is valid. All prices for the adults persons are exclusive of cure tax! Children from the year 2004 are exempted from the tourist tax. The accommodation/hosting is organized by the tournament organization taking account of the venue. Hans Grübler is responsible for the whole organisation and any queries. All participating teams and accompanying persons must register directly with HG Sport Promotion. By registering for the Cordial Cup, the club agrees that the photos taken during the Cordial Cup, on which the player is depicted alone or with other persons, may be published for the purpose of information about the Cordial Cup or for the purpose of advertising the Cordial Cup.
