1 PRO-TRAINING CAMP OVERVIEW UEFA Qualified coaches will remain with you for the whole duration of your UK visit, ensuring that the development and identification process of each of the players is monitored, assessed and evaluated on each training day which will allow the coaches to build a personal portal of each player s strengths and enhance their skills. The experience of a lifetime should be what each and every one of the players can expect, experiencing a professional football camp, visiting world famous stadiums and masterclass training with coaches from the world s biggest named clubs.

2 TRAINING CAMP HIGHLIGHTS Pro-coaching with UEFA Qualified coaching staff Masterclass coaching sessions with coaching staff from Chelsea FC Each player will receive video analysis which can be monitored by their families and coaches back home whilst they are in the UK Personal portal will be created for each player which can be monitored by their families and coaching staff back home on their development Players will have the use of the most advanced technical equipment and support to include practical, strengthening, dietary & physical enhancement Take in an English Premier League friendly game (subject to fixtures) Visit Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea Football Club for a behind the scenes tour Once the UEFA coaches have assessed the players strengths a number of football fixtures will be organised against suitable opposition Players will be assessed for try-outs with professional clubs throughout the professional training camp Grand presentation of qualifications at the end of the training camp to all players

3 LONDON You can t fail to be excited by London s amazing attractions. See the city from above on the London Eye; meet a celebrity at Madame Tussauds; have your picture taken in front of Big Ben, view the home of Her Majesty the Queen at the iconic Buckingham Palace, tour some of the greatest museums on the planet such as the British Museum or come face-to-face with dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum. Spend a few hours in the British Museum, Tate Modern, Natural History Museum or the Science Museum browsing the collections at no cost. 4 day 1 day 2 Arrive into the UK where an executive coach will be waiting to transport you to your accommodation, the arrival day will be a relaxing day to recover from the long journey before starting your two week professional football training program. During the evening of the first day your UEFA Coaches will come and give a talk and training analysis of what you can expect, this is a very informative evening for coaches and players. Your UEFA qualified coaches will take you through your first week of assessments and learn about ball control, agility and awareness, together with many other aspects of your game. Throughout the week, video analysis will be undertaken and data for each players personal portal will be built. After the initial assessment we will have an idea of the skill level of each player which will enable the coaching staff to target key areas of your game for improvement. Individual assessment days focussing on your personal fitness and development achievements reached throughout the training program will be discussed and assessed with each player together with club coaches.

5 day 3 day 4 Your UEFA coaches will be increasing the intensity of each players training program based on the individual players abilities. It is important that our coaches have had plenty of time to work with the players to fine tune the work they have done so far, whilst building each individual players assessment as each players portal becomes more and more detailed and personalised. Your UEFA Qualified Coaches now have a good idea of each individuals personal portal and video analysis of your time so far on the advanced training camp. day 5 Enjoy a professional match where one of the Premier League giants will be competing in an exciting Premier League game against tough opposition and see what your hard work could result in you achieving.

6 day 6 Your UEFA coaches who will put you through your paces at a mid term level, players will already be noticing an improvement in their technical skills as well as more cohesion as a team in both attacking and defensive capacities. Your coaching team will be part of this exciting development day 7 Your coaching staff will arrange friendly fixtures for you during this week against opposition of similar standard, in addition to continuing your coaching program which will see the introduction of technical equipment and assessment programs to monitor your individual abilities and personal strengths

7 day 8 Train with official Chelsea FC coaches who will put you through your paces at your second masterclass session. Enjoy a tour of Stamford Bridge, home of the incredible Chelsea Football Club day 9 Theory coaching on the video analysis will be undertaken together with time away from the football field to understand each person s achievements to date. An individual assessment of each players body and mental strength will now take place.

8 day 10 Real time fixtures, advanced training programs, putting in place all that you have learned, it is time to show your talent. day 12 It s time for conditioning training to aid performance and strength in-game. Your coaches will guide you through a gym assessment day. day 11 Your training program is at an advanced stage now and your coaches will have built up a very good impression of your skills. In addition, your video analysis will be focusing on your strengths and your own personal portal, which your family and football coaches back home have been watching online, will be giving a great deal of information on each player as they embark on their final stages of their professional training program.

9 day 13 Fixtures will be organised and recorded against teams of a similar standard, followed by video analysis of the fixtures - fed back by your coaches. day 14 It is time to attend an exciting Awards Ceremony to honour your accomplishments. Each player be presented with their awards, their personal portals and personal video analysis on the training camp.
