1 The KL Football Centre KL s premier footballing facility Opened on 1 st June 2012 The KL Football Centre is Malaysia s best footballing facility offering a FIFA standard size grass pitch, full size FIFA standard Futsal court, dormitories, Café and full catering. Whatever your footballing need we can provide the facilities.

2 Grass Pitch The floodlights mean that our pitch is available for bookings up until 2am. It is maintained by a team of full time groundsmen. With numerous sets of goalposts in different sizes we can host tournaments for Under 6 s all the way up to adults. The pitch also has access to a full equipped set of changing rooms to allow you to freshen up before relaxing in our café after your match.

3 Futsal Court Our Futsal court is made of the latest technology interlocking plastic tiles. Measuring 20 x 40m it is fully compliant with FIFA s size specifications for FIFA sanctioned matches. It is also one of the biggest courts available in Malaysia. Its unique design allows an abundance of natural light and a regular breeze flows through making it a fantastic location to practice and play. The court has its own changing use separate from the pitches so teams can change and shower independently of those playing on the grass pitch.

4 Dormitories We currently have 6 dormitory rooms allowing us to house 60 individuals at any one time. In addition we have two officials rooms which can house a maximum of three individuals. The officials rooms both have full en- suite facilities whilst the dorms share two large common wash rooms. Washing facilities are also available here. The players lounge is a large brightly lit room located on the same level as the rooms. It is equipped with Satellite TV, Xbox, Pool table, table tennis table, Fridge, Microwave, Wireless internet and DVD player. All of this allows teams staying to keep entertained during their stay and limiting the need to leave the site. Coaches room. Can be fitted with 2/3 singles or one double Dorm rooms are fitted with 5 bunk beds.

5 Catering We have an onsite café supplying all refreshing beverages you need after training or matches. In addition we are also able to fully cater for guests at our dormitory. A wide variety of menus are available from our experienced and reliable caterers. For visting teams we have a separate air- conditioned dining area away from the dorm rooms so as to avoid any food mess being brought into the living areas. Our dining area can seat a maximum of 40 people with an additional 30 in the room next door if necessary Our café has two TV s showing satellite, pool table, foosball table, arcade machine and outside balcony that overlooks the grass pitch

6 Security At the KL Football Centre we pride ourselves on providing a secure location to ensure as stress free a stay as possible. Our dormitories are isolated from the rest of the centre allowing for privacy and security. Access is only possible through the main entrance and then the dormitory entrance, both of which are sturdily locked. Upon check in the team leader will receive a set of keys for the main entrance, dormitory entrance and individual keys for every dormitory room. The only other holder of these keys is the Centre Manager. In addition to the beneficial physical layout of the centre we also employ a security firm who are stationed outside the main entrance to the dorms from 4pm to 9am every day. It is possible to provide 24 hour security personnel, should your group require it. The players dorms themselves provide a safe environment to relax whilst not participating in footballing activities. This means there is no reason for anybody to leave the campus. All of the windows are locked to ensure maximum safety, particularly for our younger guests.
