Currently there are 16 ftball clubs within the TIFI rganizatin all which depend entirely n vlunteers and mnetary dnatins in rder fr their clubs t perate smthly. Vlunteers are utilized in varius areas within ur rganizatin with mnetary dnatins ging entirely t help pay fr ftball fficials (referees), game day security as well as game day field lcatins. Please keep in mind that it is nly thrugh yur cntinued understanding and related financial supprt that yur TIFI rganizatin will be able t effectively teach any yung by r girl wh participates the imprtance f leadership, cmmunity utreach and team wrk that will last them a lifetime. 4 TIFI Clay Sht Turnament Rules 1.Rules f the Texas City Municipal Shting Range must be fllwed at all times. These rules include, but are nt limited t the fllwing: a. Breech r actin must be clsed at all times unless n a shting statin. b. Illegal weapns are prhibited. c. Must fllw shting range emplyee s instructins. d. Intxicants and hrseplay are prhibited. e. Weapn must be pinted in a safe directin at all times. f. N prfane r abusive language. 2. Guns must be capable f firing tw shts since fur sets f dubles are included in the regulatin 25-sht rund. 3. Each shter can purchase ne mulligan per rund during registratin. The mulligan can be used fr a 2nd try at missed clay. In the skeet rund, nce a mulligan is used, the shter retains their ptinal sht fr later use in the rund. The mulligan replaces the first missed clay n trap and 5- stand runds. Fr all runds, the shter must request that the clay be tried again t redeem the mulligan and it must be hit fr the mulligan t cunt. 4. General cmpetitin rganizatin and rules fr the skeet rund will be per sectin B.1. f the 2013 NSSA Official Rules and Regulatins: Rules fr the trap rund are per sectin 9.7 f Internatinal Shting Sprt Federatin and USA Shting Shtgun Rules fr Trap: Level 2 will be used fr all 5-stand runds and rules are per sectin V paragraph D f the 2013 NSCA Official Rules and Regulatins pdf 5. Each shter must verify his/her ttaled scre and ne member f the squad must initial the fficial scre sheet befre leaving the field. 6. Final individual scres used fr the standings will be first based n ttal scre ut f 75 with any mulligan s included. In the event f a tie, the fllwing criteria will be applied in successin until the tie is brken: a. ttal scre withut mulligan b. frnt lng run withut mulligan s (cunting all targets sht in all runds befre the first miss) c. back lng run withut mulligan s (cunting all targets brken after the shter s last miss in all runds) d. cin tss.

In the event f a team scre tie, the fllwing criteria will be applied in successin until the tie is brken: a. ttal team scre withut mulligan s b. frnt lng run withut mulligan s f best team shter (cunting all targets sht in all runds befre the first miss) c. back lng run withut mulligan s f best team shter (cunting all targets sht in all runds after the shter s last miss) d. cin tss. 8. Fr shters participating n multiple teams, nly the shter s first screcard will be used t determine individual awards. 9. It is imprtant that teams start n time t keep the event mving n schedule and nt delay the Teams cming after. All attempts will be made t maintain the start time schedule even if that means skipping a Team. If a Team is incmplete at their designated starting time and n substitute teams are available t start, the Team must start with shters that are available and will nt be able t lg a team scre. If late Team members arrive, they are welcme t jin the Team fr the remainder f the event, but that later shter can t lg an individual scre. 10. In the event f rain, we will d ur best t reschedule and accmmdate all teams, but if this is nt pssible a refund will be issued if s desired by the Team. 11. Please remember that this is a charity event with prizes f nminal value and behave in a prfessinal and sprtsmanlike manner at all times.
