All fuls are direct free-kicks at the spt f the ful. If the ful is made in the in the ffensive half f the team with pssessin then all players must be behind the ball. Teams must be wearing matching Jerseys r same clur shirts. There is a minimum requirement f at least 2 players frm either gender uy field at ne time fr C-Ed. (2 Males/2 Females). Galkeeper can be male r female. Game Start/End and Time Clck: 3 x 12 minute perids with tw three minute breaks. Always running game clck. Games will start prmptly. Teams need a mininum f 3 utfield players and a galkeep t be able t start the game r frfeit. Extra-time will be added at the end f the 3 perid at the referees discrectin fr gal stppages, fuls and time-wasting. The referee shall make a cin tss t decide which team has the ptin t kick-ff r the chice f the side f the curt. The players f the ppsing team shall be psitined at least at five yards frm the ball. Gameplay: A player wh is sent ff, be it fr tw bkings r a straight red, can be replaced by a substitute after a tw-minute penalty, just as in futsal. Nevertheless, the substitute culd cme int play befre thse tw minutes are up if the ppsing team scres with their numerical advantage. There is n pre-set number f fuls that individual players must nt exceed. There is n punting, galkeepers can nly thrw N Direct gals n kick-ff. The ball must tuch anther player. Penalty Area: Tw flagples delineate the penalty area n each side f the playing curt. The tw flagples are placed 10 yards frm each crner. Tw imaginary lines, parallel t the base lines and unifying the penalty flags, define the penalty areas. The exact psitins fr penalty kicks shall be the center f these penalty lines.

Free Kick: The referee will award a free kick frm the pint where a ful was cmmitted. The player wh suffered the infractin must execute the kick. The kick shall be "direct", frm which a gal can be scred directly against the defending side.. N Walls: If the infractin is cmmitted against the ffensive team in the ffensive team's attacking end, n defensive players may frm a wall. Until the free kick is executed, all players must psitin themselves behind r n the same line as the ball placed at the pint where a ful was cmmitted, and they must remain at a minimum distance f five (5) yards frm the ball. Galkeeping r must remain in his penalty area and at least five (5) yards frm the ball, but may stand n the gal line regardless f distance frm the ball.

4 Offensive Infractins during Free Kicks: If any irregularity happens when a free kick is being taken, the fllwing will ccur: If the team that is taking the free kick cmmits the irregularity, a new free kick shall be awarded t the defending team frm the pint where the infractin has taken place. Any player f that team shall be allwed t take the direct kick. Offensive Infractins during Free Kick: If the defending team cmmits the irregularity, and a gal is nt scred because the ball has been blcked, a new free kick will be taken frm the pint where the riginal r new infractin has taken place, kicking teams chice. Penalty Kick: A penalty kick shall be awarded when a player inside his wn team's penalty area cmmits a ful, while the ball is in play. The player wh has suffered the infractin must take the penalty kick, with the exceptin f a pass-back. The ball shall be placed at 10 yards distance frm the center f the gal. All players except fr the defending galkeeper shall psitin themselves utside the penalty area, and they can enter int the penalty area nly after the ball has mved as the result f the executin f the penalty kick. When taking a penalty kick, a player is allwed t place the ball n the spt f the ful and make a small sand lump, thus elevating the psitin f the ball. The player wh takes the penalty kick must d it in a cntinuus mvement. Any player can play the ball nce it rebunds frm the defending galkeeper. The player wh has executed the penalty kick shall nt be allwed t play the ball nce it rebunds directly frm a gal pst r frm the crssbar. Galkeeper's psitin: When defending a penalty kick the galkeeper must psitin himself n the gal line between bth gal psts. Infractins during penalty kicks: If the team that is taking the penalty kick cmmits an irregularity and the gal is scred, the sht will be repeated. If a gal is nt scred, the defending galkeeper shall restart the game. If the defending team cmmits an irregularity, the free kick will be repeated in case a gal has nt been scred as the result f the penalty kick. If the defending team cmmits an irregularity and a gal is scred, the gal shall stand. The Galkeeper's Restart: The galkeeper's re-start is awarded when ne player f the attacking team plays r deflects the ball ver the base line, excluding the gal

5 itself. The galkeeper shall restart the play with his hands and has five (5) secnds t d s, frm the mment he stands and he has cntrl f the ball. If the galkeeper delays the game fr mre than five (5) secnds, r re-starts the game passing the ball t his feet, the ther team shall be awarded a free kick frm the mid-curt line. The galkeeper cannt scre a gal using his hands. In such case the ther galkeeper shall re-start the play. The galkeeper can scre a gal nly as a regular player, kicking the ball nly nce it has been passed t him by anther player. The Pass-Back Rule: The galkeeper shall nt be allwed t tuch the ball with his/ her hands r arms tw cnsecutive times when a ball is returned t him/her frm a player f his team, including a header r an inbund pass, withut the ball having tuched an ppnent player. An infractin f the "pass-back rule" results in a penalty kick against the team that did cmmit the infractin. Crner Kicks: The crner kick shall be given when a player f the defensive team plays r deflects the ball ut f bunds thrugh his/her team's base line, nt a gal. A player f the attacking team must take the crner kick. The ball shall be placed within a ne (1) yard radius frm the crner. A crner kick is a direct kick. The defending players can psitin themselves at a minimum distance f five yards frm the crner. If a defending player shall tuch r blck the ball inside the five (5) yard radius directly frm a crner kick, the crner kick shall be repeated. When taking a crner kick a player has five (5) secnds t execute the kick frm the mment that he has pssessin f the ball. If a player shall infringe his five (5) secnds time limit, the ppnent galkeeper shall restart the play. Ball Inbund: The ball inbund is the methd f restarting play when the ball tuches utside a sideline. The ball inbund must be taken frm behind the sidelines. The game shall be restarted frm the pint where the ball crssed the sideline. T inbund, the players shall use their hands (bth hands, starting their actin hlding the ball behind their head and keeping bth feet n the sand), r feet. A gal cannt be scred frm a ball inbund. The player shall have five (5) secnds t inbund the ball. By infringing this rule, the ball inbund shall be reverted t the ppsing team. D nt mund the sand fr a kick-in.

6 Gal Clearance (Thrw): When the ball ges ut f play ver the gal line last tuched by an ffensive player, the result is a gal clearance. A gal may nt be scred directly frm a gal clearance. If the ball tuches any player befre entering the gal, a gal is awarded. The galkeeper must thrw the ball int play frm anywhere inside his wn penalty area. Galkeeper Duble-Pass-Back Rule: The galkeeper may nt deliberately tuch the ball with his hands r arms when the ball is returned t him by a team-mate a secnd cnsecutive time, including frm a header, withut the ball having tuched an ppnent. The first tuch may be frm an inbund thrw-in r kick-in. Infractin results in the ppsing team being awarded a direct kick frm the middle f the halfway line. Offside: There is n ffsides. Disciplinary Parameters: Yelling, ffensive language r aggressin twards a ref r ppnent WILL NOT be tlerated. We understand that at times yu may want t vice yur pinin abut a call r a rule. This is k, hwever nly the captains can questin the referee in a CALM manner. Be mindful that the referee s are trying as hard as they can and can make a mistake. This happens at the pr-level. Excessive aggressiveness, unsprtsmanlike cnduct twards players/referee s/ yur wn team members, and ther frm f cnduct detrimental t the League will result in ejectin f the game, suspensin frm the league r a lifetime ban. All disciplinary decisins are enfrced by the CBS a seasnal r as-needed basis. We reserve the right t refuse service t anyne. Drinking is strictly prhibited n the Beach. Any player fund drinking will be asked t leave the permitted area. If a player refuses t leave, it may result in a frfeit f their game. Injuries: If any player is injured during a game, they are t stp playing immediately. If a player is bleeding, yu must have the bleeding stpped and cvered befre yu can return t the game. There are NO EXCEPTIONS t this rule. If a player is injured and can nt mve, the referee will stp the game clck. The game will then resume when the referee determines it is safe t d s.
