Support Race to Formula 1 Rolex British Grand Prix Silverstone, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TN 05-08 July 2018 A to Z of REQUIREMENTS, LOGISTICS and ESSENTIAL INFORMATION CIRCUIT ADDRESS: Silverstone Circuit Towcester Northamptonshire NN12 8TN Vehicle access for the weekend is through the Silverstone Main Gate, via the Dadford Road. TICKETS and CREDENTIALS: Credentials are required to enter the Circuit commencing Thursday, 5 th July. Each entry includes credentials for the Driver and 4 team members. Please note: team members and guests must be aged 16 or older in order to receive a credential with Pit Lane access. 1 additional guest pass (no picture required for this pass) will be handed out per car. This pass allows access to the Support Paddock area only. ACCREDITATION and REGISTRATION: Collection of your credentials will take place at the following times: All Drivers and Team Personnel must sign on. Please bring your ID to Registration - you must show photo ID in order to obtain your credentials. NO PHOTO ID - NO PASS. Wednesday, 4 th July - 14h00 to 19h00 (Masters Paddock Area) Thursday, 5 th July - 08h00 to 10h30 (Ticket Collection Office, Main Gate) Ticket Collection Office Thursday 08h00 until 10h30 Masters Support Paddock

ACCESS TO THE PADDOCKS: The Masters Support Paddock will be in National Pits area (see attached map) and will be open for setup from 09h00 on Wednesday 04 th July. Set up of the Masters paddock must be completed on Wednesday. Rachel & Anja will be onsite to manage the parking up. PADDOCK PLAN: The Support Paddocks will be open to spectators with Inner Track passes this year so we hope to have a busy paddock with lots of visitors! Formula 1 want the Support Paddock to create an experience for the public so please help us put on a great display in our paddock as we do at many other events! If you have any information boards about your car, please feel free to display them throughout the weekend. Please ensure that your cars are presentable at all times and equipment is safely stored. Any spare parts or materials must not be stored in the open air - everything must be kept under the awnings. Masters Paddock Please note that no holes or other damage may be caused to any paved surfaces. Tent and awnings must be held down by weights as no tent pegs of any kind are allowed.

PRIVATE CAR PARKING Each team will receive 2 parking passes for private cars next to the Support Paddock. The Support Paddock car parking is shown on the map below (the parking area behind the cafeteria). The parking passes will be handed out at Ticket Collection. CATERING IN THE MASTERS PADDOCK: We will have the Masters Drivers Club in the Support Paddock providing cold drinks, coffee, breakfast & lunch throughout Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. You will receive 4 VIP passes for the Masters Driver Club per entry for this event. JOHN DAVIS PHYSIO John Davis will be on hand at the event to offer his service as an experienced motorsport physio & nutrition specialist. CIRCUIT MAP ON-LINE: The GP circuit length is 5.89km. CIRCUIT ORIENTATION: There is the opportunity for on-track orientation for drivers and team representatives all day Wednesday. You can only walk around the circuit during these periods (no bicycles, scooters, quads, etc are allowed). SIGN-ON: Signing on will take place in the Woodcote Media Suite at the following times: Signing On: Thursday 5 th July at 10h30. Drivers must present their race licence at sign-on DRIVERS BRIEFING: Attendance is compulsory for all Drivers and their Team Managers - you must sign-in on arrival: Thursday 05 th July at 11h00 in the Briefing Room in the Woodcote Media Centre. Further Drivers Meetings may be called during the weekend if needed. SAFETY & ELIGIBILITY SCRUTINEERING: Safety scrutineering will be done in situ by John Gentry and Peter Farrington on Thursday 5th July between 09h00 and 13h00. Race car and driver equipment must be made available at this time.

ENTRY LIST The provisional entry list for the Masters Historic Racing Support Race is now available and attached for you. You must run with the race number that you have been allocated no exceptions please. FUEL: Sunoco will be situated in the Masters Support Paddock. If you would like to pre-order fuel please email Shaun Williams at shaun@aaoil.co.uk using the attached Booking Form by 25 th June. SUPPORT VEHICLE USAGE Support Vehicles may be used to transport equipment to the Pit Lane but may not be used for the movement of additional personnel. Passes to allow access for the Support Vehicles to move in and out of the venue will not be available. Please ensure you remove any evidence of on board cameras, or recording equipment, before your first session on track. MOTORHOMES: Whittlebury Park will have a dedicated area for Masters drivers with electric hook-ups. Please contact Sarah Raynor or Lisa Fellows-Flynn who will be able to assist in booking your plots. SECURITY: 24 hour security will be provided in the support paddock from Wednesday 04 th July at 00hr00 through to 23hr59 on Sunday 08 th July

TRANSPONDER: Timing is being provided by Formula 1. They will come to the Masters paddock prior to the first session to check if your transponder is working, failing that they will issue you with a transponder for the weekend. Please ensure you return any borrowed transponder to them before leaving the circuit on Sunday. PADDOCK BREAKDOWN: Teams may only start breakdown of their awning and start loading 1 hour before the F1 race starts, once the F1 race has started at 14:10 on Sunday 8 th July you may leave the circuit.
