The Pink Maintenance Program Sponsored by Hallmark Health Medical Associates and Lumina Salon. A follow up to The Pink Program, this is a twice a week program offered to those recovering from breast cancer or currently going through cancer treatments. The maintenance program gives breast cancer survivors the opportunity to continue building strength, stamina, and range of motion while being part of a supportive group of individuals coping with breast cancer. This program is FREE to those that have participated in The Pink Program. Mon/Wed 11:30 am-12:45 pm ACTIVE OLDER ADULT FITNESS Active Older Adult Fitness Training An at your own pace exercise program designed for each individual participant. Emphasis is on strengthening muscles and improving flexibility and balance. Meet as a group to work on all components of fitness in a social setting with a personal trainer. Tue/Thu 10:30-11:25 am F: $34 Chair Yoga A gentle form of Yoga that can be practiced by all. Poses are performed with the use of a chair instead of a mat. This is a great class for people with arthritis or other medical conditions which may limit range of motion and strength.
