CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Admission to Show 5 includes children under 16 Free Horse & Pony Entries: Online and Postal Entries close Sunday 22nd July 2018. Postal Entry fees must accompany entry forms. Incomplete entry forms will be returned. No refund of entry fees after the closing date of the Sunday 22nd July 2018. The Society shall reserve the right to decline or return any entry without incurring any liability. In the event of the Society being unable to accept an entry, notice will be given within seven days after the closing date and entry fees will then be refunded. Where there are 3 entries in a class 1 st place prize money only will be given, for 3-5 entries in a class 1 st and 2 nd prize money will be given. For 6 or more entries 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place prize money will be given. Rosettes will be awarded down to 6 th place. The Committee reserves the right to abandon or postpone the show or cancel/alter any class. People exhibiting are doing so at their own risk. While every reasonable precaution will be taken, the Organising Committee of the Show cannot accept responsibility for any loss or accident to exhibits or exhibitor while in the Show Grounds. The Irish Show Association and the Kilmacanogue & District Horse Show recommend that exhibitors should extend their insurance policy to include showing. Exhibitors must comply with all Department of Agriculture regulations. Equine Premises numbers must be included on Entry Form. The onus is on the exhibitor/competitor to be at his/her class before judging commences, To comply with Health and Safety regulations, competitors, exhibitors, trade stands and visitors must adhere to any safety instructions issued by stewards. The Judges decision is final. Perpetual Cups and Trophies must be returned in good condition to the secretary before the next Show Day.
