Use only once a day per area. Stick the gel sheet to your skin. If there is a gap between the gel sheet and the skin, the electricity will not flow evenly across the entire surface of the gel sheet, and you may feel a strong stimulus or pain. Do not use Body Fit 2 on both arms at the same time. If used at the same time, it may cause a deactivation of an emergency stop, leading to problems such as accidents and not being able to move at will. When using Body Fit 2 on thighs, please do not walk with it. Doing so may result in an accident or injury. Do not use on positions near the joint. Doing so could cause injury. Follow the precautions below when using the product. 1. Attach the product to the area where you wish to use it When you feel that the stimulus is not enough, move the position by 1-2 cm above or below (Turn the power off before changing the position). Stomach (Abs Pad) Attach to your body between your ribs and hips.

Waist (Body Band) Attach the main unit to the waist, so the control unit faces down. Upper Arm (Body Band) Attach the main unit to the upper arm, so the control unit faces down. Training is effective on the upper arms even at a relatively weak level. Be cautious not to raise the level too much. Be sure to avoid the elbow pit by about 2-3 cm. Otherwise, the edge of the product may touch the skin and may cause pain. Thighs (Body Band) Attach the main unit to the thigh, so the control unit faces down. Be sure to avoid the pit on the back of the knee by about 2-3 cm. Otherwise, the edge of the product may touch the skin and may cause pain.

2. Start training Use on a weak level when using it for the first time. Once you are comfortable, adjust the level. 1. Press and hold the (+) button of the control unit until you hear a beep. If the gel sheet is not fully in contact with your skin when the power is ON, it will beep as a warning. If this state continues for about 2 minutes, the product will turn off automatically. At this time, it is still connected via Bluetooth. Once the power is on, the main unit starts Bluetooth connection. 2. Adjust the level by pressing the (+) or (-) button on the control unit. It will beep every time you press the button and change a level. Since the level when the power is on is 0 (no stimulus), stimulation will not start unless the (+) button is pressed to Level 1. The stimulation has 10 levels, from Level 1 (weak) to Level 10 (strong). The LED on the control unit will blink green during the training. Training program automatically lasts for approximately 23 minutes. o o The tempo of stimulation automatically changes to ensure training efficiency. When the training program ends, it will beep and automatically goes into sleep mode. At this time, it is still connected via Bluetooth. When you want to pause training, press and hold the (-) button until you hear a beep. In this case, the main unit will go into a sleep mode but will keep the Bluetooth connection. When you press (+) button, the training program starts from the beginning.

TRAIN If the Gel Sheet comes off your body during the training, a beeping sound will warn you. The beeps will stop once you put the gel sheet back on your body, and the training program resumes at stimulation Level 0. Press (+) button to set the level of your choice. The device will quit the training if the battery runs low during the training and will give a pip pip pip pip sound for approximately one minute. If this happens, charge the device. To turn off the sound, charge the device or press down on the (-) button until you hear a beep. 3. Remove from Body for Storage 1. Make sure you have completed training. \ Make sure that the LED is off. When you have to remove from your body during training, press and hold the (-) button until you hear a peep to pause the training 2. Press and hold the (-) button until you hear a Peep peep to turn off the main unit. Once the power is off, the main unit disconnects from Bluetooth. 3. Slowly remove from the body by holding the entire main unit. Do not forcefully remove it off from your body. Doing so might result in pain, skin rashes, and cause gel sheet residues to remain on the skin. Do not pull with excessive force or hold only one part when peeling off. Doing so may damage the product. Touch the adhesive (gel surface) as little as possible. If any fragments of the gel are left on your skin, wipe them off completely. If you leave fragments sticking to your body, they may make your skin rough. Wipe any sweat from the main unit thoroughly using a soft cloth. 4. Attach the adhesive (gel surface) to the protective sheet. Do not allow the Gel Sheets to touch each other, such as by folding over the main unit. Do not press the Gel Sheet too hard onto the protective sheet. Doing so may damage the adhesive surface (gel). 5. Put inside the clear case to store. Place the protective cover on the control unit. Do not forcefully open the clear case. Doing so may damage the clear case. Do not put anything other than the main unit, protective sheet, and protective cover. Doing so may damage the clear case.

Caution on Storage Keep the protective sheet and the clear case clean. Keep the main unit and unused Gel Sheets away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity (such as inside of cars). Store in a cool place away from sunlight. Do not leave Gel Sheets out or store them with anything that is dirty. If the gel sheets get dirty, they may not stick properly anymore, the electrical stimulation may weaken and/or you may feel pain or get burned. Store in a location with low humidity. Storing in a humid place, such as a bathroom, may cause condensation and/or rust inside the product. Do not store near fire. If the product will not be used for a long time, fully charge before storing. Activate the product about once every three months and charge again. The built-in rechargeable battery discharges slowly even when not in use. Not charging for a long time may cause an over-discharge and prevent the batteries from being rechargeable. If the product will not be used for a long time, always unplug the AC Adapter from the outlet and store it. Otherwise, accumulated dust and humidity may lead to an electrical fire. When the clear case is left in a high temperature or under direct sunlight, the color may change, but there will be no functionality issues.
