The venue of the rearranged match will be determined in line with 15.4, unless an alternative is agreed between the teams concerned. Where the lateness was caused by the team, or one its members, that team shall concede a walkover. No Shows: If a team does not show for a fixture on the date stated on BUCScore without notifying their opposition in writing, they will concede a walkover. 12.2.4 National and Premier League Start Times: No National or Premier League fixture may start before 11am or after 8pm without the written consent of both institutions. BUCS can change the date of a fixture, should the need arise, in order to fulfil media requirements in the Men s Rugby Union Championship. In the event that a knockout final is postponed due to bad weather, the deadline for completing the fixture will be the playoff deadline as stated in Appendix 3. 14.2 Promotion to Premier or National Leagues: Only 1st teams are eligible to participate in Premier or National Leagues and can therefore take part in the required promotion/relegation process as determined by each sport. Any exceptions are noted in Sports Specific Regulations. 14.2.1 Where a sport has a National League, 2nd teams will be eligible for the Premier League of that sport. Where late cancellation is required the officials must be notified immediately. Reasonable efforts must be made by both teams to agree on a rearrangement date by following the process outlined in 15.5. Institutions found to be purposefully avoiding rearrangements (for example in the hope of a fixture being declared void) will face disciplinary action. 16.12.8 Should the institution reject the decision reached by the final appeal disciplinary panel then they will have recourse to take their case to the independent Sports Disputes Resolution Panel. 16.12.8.1 Where the appeal relates to football or futsal, the institution shall have recourse to take their appeal to the FA, before the Independent Sports Disputes Resolution Panel. An appeal taken to the FA will be final and binding and will follow the procedure outlined in the Regulations for Football Association Appeals in The FA Handbook subject to a submission for arbitration under FA Rule K. 16.12.8.1.1 If the appeal relates to teams competing in an exclusively Scottish league or Discourage teams trying to force a fixture to be voided. Competitors at any event or fixture found to be consuming such substances will be automatically disqualified and may face further disciplinary action under this regulation. Where the conduct in question is solely that of a supporter or follower who is not a current member (whether player, coach, official, student or other member) of the member institution, that responsibility shall be absolved if the member institution can demonstrate to the satisfaction of BUCS and, if relevant, BUCS disciplinary panel, that it had no reasonable means of controlling or advising on the conduct of the supporter or follower. To limit the liability of institutions with regards to people who they don t have responsibility over. 17.4 Institutions may be prevented from entering further events in the same sport where a disciplinary charge has been brought and the matter has not been brought to a conclusion.
