Dear Friends, The Diesel Boy aka Leto has proven thus far in his short career that he has all the talent and ability to become one of the top horses in the United States. With nearly two years at the Preliminary level producing top results and multiple clean cross- country rounds and a full year and top placings at the Intermediate level, he has proven that he has all the ingredients to be competitive on the international stage. The future for this young horse is bright, he has the talent and heart to take him to the top of the sport. Bringing a horse up through the levels of eventing is not an easy task, which is why I am looking for a few special people to share in this journey as syndicate owners. Leto s current and future worth far exceeds the current offering of these shares, so my goal in syndicating him is simply to offset his expenses while giving a few people the opportunity to experience the incredible sport of Eventing from the owner s perspective. Please read through the following packet, which describes the details of this syndicate opportunity. Owning a horse like Leto is a thrilling journey, which will give you the opportunity to partake in a young star s development and success at the top of the sport. I am available to answer any questions you may have and look forward to speaking with you about this exciting opportunity. Sincerely Yours, Molly Kinnamon

Eventing is a thrilling equestrian sport that involves a rider working with a horse both on the flat and over fences. The three phases, dressage, cross country, and show jumping, keep spectators on the edge of their seats with the mix of beauty, elegance, and pure power displayed by horse and rider. Over the centuries it has developed from the test of the ideal military charger into an exciting sport that attracts interest from all levels of enthusiasts, from weekend hobby riders to professional international stars. The purpose of the dressage test is to demonstrate the level of communication between the horse and rider and to display the power and grace required to perform each movement with balance, rhythm, and suppleness. The cross country phase includes 24 to 36 fixed and solid obstacles, designed to challenge horse and rider who will gallop over undulating land for up to 4 miles in length. The cross country phase requires horse and rider to be bold and smart while testing their physical stamina. The show jumping course is comprised of a series of fences in an arena, made up of rails that are easily knocked down. This final jumping phase tests the stamina and recovery of the horse after the cross country phase requiring that it is fit enough to continue competing at peak performance.

Horse ownership syndication is when a group of supporters come together to purchase shares in a promising horse, in this case for a professional Event rider. These shares are an investment in the actual cost to purchase the horse and the annual costs needed to maintain and compete the horse. Annual expenses are pre- determined and the cost is shared between owners. The annual upkeep costs are available as a 100% tax deductible donation that can be made through eithersouthern California Equestrian Sports or the American Horse Trials Foundation.

Originally from California, Molly began riding at age 8 where she met a trainer who introduced her to the sport of Eventing. Molly participated in Pony Club Championships, earned her Pony Club A rating, and attended clinics with many wonderful trainers before becoming a working student for Olympian Jil Walton. During her tenure with Jil, Molly competed on the 1998 NAYRC 2* Team. She then attended Fresno State University where she was a NCAA Varsity Equestrian Team member and received a BS in Animal Sciences. After graduating, she worked to perfect her management and teaching skills before founding her own business, Havarah Equestrian. Aboard Havarah s Charly, she competed at the 3*/Advanced level, and was named to the Developing Rider List, where she had the opportunity to work with Mark Phillips, Boyd Martin and Phillip Dutton, who remains her coach to this day. Now located in Pennsylvania and running her training business under the banner of MK Equestrian, Molly is working towards her dream of representing the United States in international competitions.

The Diesel Boy, aka Leto is a 2007 Westphalian/Thoroughbred Gelding who was born and bred at Mouse House Farm in Nottingham, PA. His sire is the Thoroughbred Lyracist, and his dam is the Westphalian mare Fleur, by Florestan. Lyracist is an 'older style Thoroughbred: large boned and bred to stay sound and run for distance. He ran for 8 years in stakes company, winning just under 600k and retired sound. He stamps his get with his athleticism and 'go', a beautiful hip and plumb hind end. Leto is a barn favorite with a puppy dog personality, and also enjoys showing off his three superb gaits. Molly describes him as cat- like he is agile, quick and quite careful over fences. All these attributes, combined with the speed and endurance from his Thoroughbred sire, help to make him a truly exceptional upper- level athlete. Though he is still quite young, he has seemed to enjoy the challenge presented by the bigger fences and more technical questions at the Intermediate level. Molly feels that Leto is a horse that will be consistently competitive in all three phases. Phillip Dutton, Silva Martin and Scott Hassler all think very highly of Leto; Phillip has mentioned on multiple occasions that he considers Leto to be a very special horse stating, This horse has all the makings of an international horse & hopes that Molly finds the right group of people to support her!
