MINIMUM ENTRIES 5.1. 5.2. 5.3. 5 is the minimum number of pre entries which must be received for each Class and/or Division. If insufficient entries are received for a Class and/or Division to form in its own right, the Compulsory Competition Class/es will be Consolidated in accordance with Competition Rules - Chapter 1, Rule 9. Discretionary Competition Classes may be Consolidated in accordance with the Rules or cancelled at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules. If a Class or Division is cancelled, the Entry Fee may be refunded at the discretion of the Organiser and in accordance with the Rules. 3. COMPETITION 1. FORMAT OF RACING Unofficial Practice 11.00am 2.00pm 2. Practice Official Practice 2.30pm 3.30pm Timed qualifying will occur for all classes/combined classes with 9 or more entrants as per Competition Rules Ch 5 3. Rules 7 k,l. 4. FORMAT 1 TIMED QUALIFYING EVENT 5. If Timed Qualifying will occur (Kart order must be random no high/low numbers): 6. Qualifying One Qualifying Session of 6 minutes 7. Heats The Grid for all Heats will be set from times achieved in Qualifying, with fastest time on grid 1, and so on. 8. Pre-final 1 Pre-final The grid for Pre-final 1 will be set from aggregate points from all Heats - highest points to the front 9. Final 1 Final The grid for the Final will be set from Prefinal result. 10. FORMAT 2 NO TIMED QUALIFYING EVENT Can only be used at Club Meetings under specific conditions (Ref. TROPHIES & PRIZES 18.1. a) Accumulative Points towards end of year highest points championship pre-nominations will receive a discount of $5 per for first class entered and have a draw at the completion of racing for a pre-nominated member to win one class fee back. 4. CIRCUIT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1. PADDOCK ALLOCATION Paddock allocation Will Not occur for the Meeting. 2. MEDICAL SERVICES 2.1. Any Medical assistance that is required outside of the operating hours when Kart s are not on the Race Track please contact 000. Pit Crew with trolleys will not be given access to the Circuit during Qualifying and Racing. Retrieval of karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal and then only if wearing a HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY VEST on the upper torso. 3.4. Karts can be retrieved via the Out grid 4. ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS 4.1. No animals allowed anywhere within the facility. 4.2. No dumping of Fuel or Tyres, please make own arrangements. 4.3. 4.4. No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the circuit. No motorised scooters, mini bikes, roller blading, skateboards and tricycles allowed at the complex during the entire Meeting. Officials may confiscate any such items for the duration of the Meeting.
