INDICATION, TOTAIZATION, -POINT AARM, DC to ma AND PUSE OUTPUT BY ONE UNIT TF-T Series A-IN-ONE MINI TERMA MASS FOWMETER OUTINE TF-T MINI TERMA MASS FOWMETER is for the measurement of mass flow rate of various gases without being influenced by changes in pressure and temperature. TF-T has CD indication of flow rate and totalization. Also, functions of scaled output pulse and DC to ma are provided. In addition, two point field adjustable alarm contacts are provided. TF-T can be operated by DCV power supply. As mentioned above, one unit provides all necessary functions for flow measurement. Full function and wide ine-up of TF-T cover various applications. OPERATION PRINCIPE Temperature detection sensor Ra and velocity detection sensor Rw are installed in the gas flow path of TF-T MINI TERMA MASS FOWMETER. The internal electronic circuits keep the temperature gap between Rw (Tw) and Ra (Ta=Gas temp.) constant by supplying electric current Ι. The transferred heat from Ra to passed gas (RwΙ ) is proportional to the mass flow rate of the gas to be measured which can be calculated from supplied current Ι. The detection of mass is not influenced by the change in gas pressure and temperature because it is compensated by the internal software, and finally the measurement is made, completely independent of any operating conditions.
