All will jump against the clock immediately after their first round, even with faults unless eliminated. Class 57 Team SJ competition a team of 3 combinations, each combination to jump in one prenominated class (classes 2, 3, 5 & 6 only) and the results of these classes will then be used to collate a team score, (total of jumping faults per team will determine placings, and in the result of a tie the sum of the teams individual placings will be used) see separate entry form for details 30 per team, which includes entry into the individual class. Teams can be a mixture of juniors and seniors. Competitors to pick a time slot on the day at the secretaries or dressage steward, check time slots the day before on our Facebook page & website as these may change subject to entries in each class, If you would like to pick a time slot the day before please ask for the time you would like when you enter and I will publish these on our facebook page on the Friday, this will be on first come first served basis Entries will be restricted in these dressage classes and will be based on a first come basis & entries may not be taken on the day If you wish to have your results & test sheet posted, please bring a SAE, with you and your horses name

GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. The committee reserve the right to refuse or cancel the entry(s) made by any person if they shall deem it fit to do so, without giving due reason. Also the right to cancel class or classes refunding any fees in respect thereof and to amalgamate any classes in which there are insufficient entries. 2. NO REFUNDS can be made except for cancellation of event when entry fees will be returned on receipt of SAE less 2 per class for administration costs (except as in conditions 1 & 7). 3. No appeal can be made against the judges whose decision shall be final. The judges have the right to disqualify any competitor for the abuse of whips or spurs. 4. All ridden horses/ponies must be a minimum of four years of age. 5. Only officials and competitors (and grooms in showing classes) are permitted in the judging rings. 6. Any objection must be made in writing to the Secretary within 20 minutes of the event concerned together with 30 which is returnable at the discretion of the committee. 7. Unless a veterinary certificate is produced entry fees are non-refundable except as in condition 1. 8. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the committee for any accident or loss on the show ground to spectators, animals, vehicles or property. 9. Whilst every effort has been made to avoid clashing classes, it is the responsibility of the entrant to avoid entering classes scheduled to take place simultaneously. If such a case arises no refund will be given. 10. Hard hats must be worn by anyone riding on showground. Riders must wear an approved hat which includes a permanently fitted non-detachable harness secured to the shell at more than two points. Riding hats or skull cap to current PAS 015 (1998 or 2011), VG1 01.040 (2014-12), ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards), SNELL E2001, AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) must be worn. 11. All dogs must be kept on leads. 12.. All stallions MUST display a stallion bridle marker 13. Brood mares must be 4 years old or over. Any accompanying foals must be a minimum of 3 weeks of age on show day and must accompany their dam into the ring and be led alongside the mare. The Show Committee reserves the right, that any person whose conduct, in the opinion of the Committee is detrimental to the character and interest of the show, may be subject to disciplinary proceedings
