Reschedule Policy for Fall 2016 There will be NO reschedule requests for the first 2 weekends of play other than requests from field coordinators or referee coordinators. Weather related changes will result in possible moves as well. ALL RESCHEDULE REQUESTS FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKENDS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY September 25th AND MUST HAVE APPROVAL OF BOTH THE HOME AND AWAY COACHES IN ADVANCE OF THE REQUEST. MATCHES RESCHEDULED BY THE LEAGUE DUE TO FIELD AVAILABILITY, WEATHER OR REFEREE REQUEST CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED. **Please note, reschedules in all circumstances will most likely result to the match being played on a Sunday and there is no guarantee of the match remaining at the "home" playing location as originally scheduled Rescheduled games will be posted and coaches notified of the change once the reschedule request is approved. Submission of a request does not mean approval is guaranteed.

Both coaches need to sign both game cards The referee needs to sign both game cards The Officials also need to print their names. REFEREE EVALUATIONS - GO TO http://www.timberlinesoccer.com/tsra/scripts/ref_eval_page.htm

Rule 11.2.1.6 Each coach shall certify the game results upon conclusion of the match by signing the Official Game Report. Who does what? BOTH coaches will have the responsibility for mailing the Official Game Report to the TYSA Scorekeeper. Do not leave the game card with the referee or the field drop box. ALWAYS keep a copy before mailing the original (mail does get lost).

What is required on an Official Game report before it can be mailed in? Disciplinary Action (cards) Most common errors and conflicts occur here Make sure to record any cards for BOTH teams before leaving the field Include the reason stated for the card Two yellow cards received in one game equal one red card and must be input to the Gotsoccer online scoring as a red card (2CT) This information must be entered by both coaches when entering the score online after the game. Player s name and penalty type must be designated on the game card and online. Verify that penalty is given to correct player on game card before signing. Once game card is signed by referee and coaches it is official.

Suspensions In accordance with STYSA and TYSA rules, any person receiving a "send off" (red card), must sit out the next sanctioned match. Any person receiving 9 penalty points (cumulative total) must sit out the next league game, any person receiving 18 penalty points (cumulative total) must sit out the next two league games. Please make sure that you fill out the Player/Coach Suspension form before you hand it to the referee at the beginning of the game of suspension. The suspension form must be received by TYSA Scorekeeper and cleared in the system before the player can play with the team. According to STYSA rule 4.9.5 suspensions may not be served in forfeited, friendly or invitational tournament matches.
