SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The Show is open to all, with Special Prizes for Regular Thame Farmers Supporters and Young Exhibitors. 2. Each Animal shall have been in possession of the Exhibitor from 1st November 2015 and must have been on his or her holding during the whole of such period and also it must be the property of the Exhibitor on the day of the Show. 3. Every Exhibitor shall make an entry in writing in the prescribed form to the Show Secretary not later than Monday 10 th November specifying the Classes in which he/she will show, and pay an Entrance Fee as provided on the Entry Form. 4. Other than Special Prizes, no animal shall be entered for exhibition in more than one Class and no animal shall be eligible to compete that has taken a Prize at a Christmas Stock Show this year. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. 5. All Cattle must be accompanied by appropriate paperwork, i.e. cattle Passports and the Market s Cattle Movement Documents. All Sheep must be accompanied by an AML1 form. 6. All stock (option on the Baby Beef class) must be submitted for sale and sold by auction on the day of the Show, otherwise any Prize Money and/or Trophy will be forfeited. 7. 3rd prize shall only be awarded if there are 4 or more entries except were specifically recommended by the Judge. 4th prize shall only be awarded if there are 5 or more entries except were specifically recommended by the Judge. 8. For Prizes awarded by Breed Societies, their Special Conditions will prevail. 9. All animals to be in the Show Yard on the morning of Show day no later than 9.30am. The judging will commence at 10.00am. Cattle must be secured by halters or tied, except in Classes 6-10. 10. Any objection to the decision of a Judge must be lodged with the Show Secretary in writing with a deposit of 5 (which will be returned if the objection is upheld) within one hour of the completion of the judging or before the commencement of the Auction Sale of the Class of exhibited stock concerned (whichever is sooner). Such objection or dispute to be settled by the Committee and their decision to be final. 11. Any objection on the grounds of breach of any of the foregoing Conditions may be lodged in writing with the Show Secretary by Saturday immediately following the show. 12. In all cases of dispute the decision of the Committee shall be final.
