Reports of the Officers: President Larry Myers Pirates grant pending - $20,000 total, we contribute half. Will be used for, but not limited to, dugouts for B5, 3-4 batting cages, equipment upgrades (drags) B1 needs a new home plate, Kevin will get one to Jim Elder Vice President - Dana Wachter All photos are done and in, JN Photgraphy has been used the last 2 years and are very accommodating, Everything has been delivered, plaques are with Stacy Hollibaugh, JN donated back to Association $124.00 + $541.00 + blanket; Kruse family won the blanket Feedback forms are needed back from parents; coaches to remind parents ARL Baseball Craig Hasley, not present, Report by Larry Meyers ARL season ends Saturday; June 29 is playoffs; 13-14 Saxonburg having 14 playup Little League Albie Fletcher, not present, Report by Larry Meyers Little League meeting Wednesday with District 26; Schedules for 10-11, affidavits to follow; More to come in July. 10U Finals Grove City TBall/7 8 President Ted Smith T-Ball and 7-8 are done; 7-8 All Star Saturday at 10:30, Trophies are out; Larry will get the All Star medals to Ted B4 needs dirt for 3 rd base trench; there is dirt available but is reserved for B1; Will find someone to check drainage TWP?, TWP Rec? Ted Gall? Yeager?; Rob said the ends plug up on the existing drain, they need cleaned out. Fall Ball President Bill Schaeffer volunteering for position; No others interested; All in favor. Advice: Need to get flyers out, figure out number of coaches needed, will provide crash course on League One Larry and Gary will help Dana questioned if age changes are to start due to potential Little League rule changes, ie July 31 st with age; More info will be coming; Mike says we should implement the age change rules with Little League at the start of the new year; Bill disagrees saying that it would be better for the kids to start it now so they are ready
for Spring Ball. This will be discussed. addressed before it s out of control; reinforces need for coaches/ump clinic Mike proceed with his account game last week and the coach questioned balls/strikes. That shouldn t happen, The umps will eject the coaches. Jr Umps have same authority. Need to stress this with coaches; Jr Ump program is growing; The ump/coach clinic with 7-8s was successful, need to carry it through the organization There will be patched umps for the tournament; Playoffs have one Project Director Jim Elder, not present, Report from Larry Meyers B5 Dugouts May be stepping down from position Mike Sutter considering taking the position Paint for foul poles for B3 and B5; Bill Adams to paint; Kevin suggest putting polycap on poles instead of painting; Larry said we will paint because the paint is already purchased, will consider poly-cap when paint wears off Mike says basebox on B3 is caught up and needs aligned to foul pole will let Jim know B1 needs dirt spread, maybe Ted Yeager or others Tournament Director Adam Schaaf Will keep registration open as long as possible; So far, we have: 7-8 3 teams 1 paid rules to Wally 8U 8 teams closed 9U 5 teams maybe one more McCandless Fox Chapel reports a FC/Unity team that has kids outside of organization 10U 7 teams 11U 2 teams 1 owes 11 and 12 to Craig and Mike for rules 12U 3 teams 1 owes Need volunteers to do field Some teams wanted Broncho Rules tournament; we could draw more in for tournaments if we switched to Broncho rules; discussion on general differences of little league and broncho rules Rules allow games to start ½ hour early; Batting cages are 1 st come 1 st served (Larry); Mike suggests to keep cages closed, all agree Trophies approximately 120, including MVP $1000; about $100 more than last year and is adjustable; trophies for runner-ups, champs and MVPs 1 st Kevin, 2 nd Bill, all agree Basket Raffle and other events will be held near concession stand to draw more

Kim will work with team coaches to identify photos with these players.
