Welcome Upon arrival at Club La Santa, you will be given an information folder, map of the resort and information regarding the safety deposit box, which is available free within your apartment / suite. Like all good resorts Club La Santa has an on-going policy of continually upgrading facilities and apartments. Obviously, from time to time, there may be work taking place, during normal working hours. Possible disruption is all kept to a minimum and is not likely to interfere with your holiday. If a situation should arise during your stay, please make contact with the reception in order for them to try and solve the problem.

If there is a bus available at a suitable time then you will have to pay 7.5 per person on the coach outbound and pay and book in Sports booking 48 hrs in advance for your inbound transfer back to the airport. Bike Hire BIKE INFORMATION All Road and Mountain bikes that you can hire and for free have turn pedals fitted that are flat on one side and Shimano SPD on the reverse. We can fit Look Classic (Delta), Look Keo, Shimano SL or SPD mountain bike pedals for no extra cost, or if you prefer to bring your own pedals the bike mechanics will fit these for you. BIKE-HIRE In addition to our free bike hire, we can arrange pre-bookable bike hire for an additional charge for a min of 3 days. Prices are 25 per day (minimum of 3 consecutive days) or 98 per week. Additional days after the first week will have a charge of 14 per extra day. Kids and Teens At Club La Santa we love kids and teens and they love us. So why not to enhance that bond even more? We have expanded our programme for all kids and teens in the age 3-15 years. We want to involve a wider age range of children and improve the activities offered by making them more age specific, incorporating more interaction between the children and motivating the children to stay physical active. OUR KIDS AND TEENS PROGRAMME IS OFFERED THROUGH PLAY TIME, FUN TIME AND YOUNG TIME. PLAY TIME is the activity club in the morning for 3-10 years old, where the Green Team is supervising the kids and organise social and physical activities and games. FUN TIME is the afternoon activity program for 3-10 years old. The activities are split into two age groups (high/low season dependent) which challenge the children in an educational way by using social and motor skills. YOUNG TIME is our activity program for 10-15 years old. There will be various team building activities providing challenges and allowing new friendships to be made. As part of the signing in procedure parents/ guardian must give us their contact number and / or a specific location within the resort so that we can contact them in case of accident or emergency. For this reason, one parent/ guardian must remain on the resort. The parent/ guardian needs to sign out the child before leaving Play Time / Fun Time. It is strictly forbidden for children to leave without the parent/ guardian and permission of the Green Team.

After Timanfaya the tour continues to El Golfo on the south west coast. The black sand beach is nestled within a volcanic crater, half of which has been eroded by the sea leaving striking rock formations and a green emerald lagoon coloured by microscopic organisms within.
