Identification COOLING POLYIFF Plastic pellets containing Fragrance Compounds, a multi component mixture of fragrance ingredients. The specific chemical identities of the ingredients not listed herein are considered by IFF to be Trade Secrets and are withheld in accordance with the pro visions of 1910.1200 of Title 29 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. 3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION Not flammable or combustible. Primary Routes of Exposure. Skin contact Eye contact Inhalation Potential Health Hazards. This mixture has not been tested as a whole. It contains ingredients present at concentrations exceeding OSHA thresholds that undiluted and at ambient conditions could have the following health hazards Acute Exposure Irritating to skin, eyes, and respiratory system. May be harmful if swallowed or inhaled. Chronic Exposure No effects of chronic exposure to product NoteWhen used at other than ambient conditions, the severity or the nature of the above hazards may change and appropriate control measures should be taken in accordance with Section 8. Extinguishing Media Special Fire Fighting Proc. Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards 6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Protection Procedures 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling Procedures Remove from exposure to fresh air. Obtain medical advice as necessary. Resuscitate or administer oxygen as needed. Flush immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. Contact a physician if symptoms persist. Remove contaminated clothing. Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Contact a physician if symptoms persist. Give water to dilute and obtain medical advice. Not applicable none expected. Not available Use water spray, dry chemical, carbon dioxide or appropriate foam. Wear NIOSH approved self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing when fighting fires involving chemicals. Use water spray to cool containers exposed to fire. None known to IFF. Avoid inhalation and contact with skin and eyes.self contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing is advised for major spills and spills or leaks in confined areas. Eliminate all ignition sources. Contain spill and recover free product. Absorb remainder on vermiculite or other suitable absorbent materials. Use Sodium Hypochlorite solution (bleach) to neutralize odor. Avoid inhalation and contact with skin and eyes. Follow good industrial practices as to housekeeping and personal hygiene. Wash after any chemical contact, before breaks and meals, and at the end of each work period. Contaminated clothing and shoes should be cleaned before re-use. An eyewash fountain and/or safety shower should be available in the work area. Keep any heated processes at the lowest possible temperature in order to minimize emissions of volatile chemicals into the air. Use special caution w hen removing residual chemicals from tanks or other containers with steam or hot water, as this may increase exposure to volatile chemical vapors. Restrict access to areas where chemicals are openly handled; only essential workers should enter these areas and only with proper protection. This material is intended for manufacturing use only.

Date December 5, 2005 Page 3 ( 6 ) 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Storage Conditions Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area away from heat sources. Keep containers upright and tightly closed when not in use so that their contents do not get into workplace air. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROL/PERSONAL PROTECTION Closed Systems Isolation Ventilation Respiratory Protection Wherever possible, use closed systems to transfer fragrances. If appropriate, isolate mixing rooms and other areas where fragrances are openly handled and maintain these areas under negative air pressure relative to the rest of the plant. Use local exhaust ventilation meeting ACGIH design criteria around tanks and other sources of potential exposures, including places where fragrances are openly weighed or measured, as well as general dilution ventilation of the work area to eliminate or reduce possible worker exposures. Consult a qualified ventilation engineer. No respiratory protection is required during normal operations in a workplace where engineering controls such as adequate ventilation, etc. are sufficient. If engineering controls are not sufficient, an appropriate NIOSH-certified half-mask, negative-pressure respirator with organic vapor cannisters or cartridges and particulate filters should be used a) while engineering controls and appropriate work practices are being implemented; or b) during short term maintenance procedures when controls may not be sufficient; or c) if vapor concentration is high due to heat; or d) during emergencies; or e) if engineering controls are not sufficient to reduce a concentration below a risk level such as a PEL. Skin Protection Eye Protection Exposure Monitoring To the extent one wishes to know what will yield maximum respiratory protection, it is an air supplied respirator. Avoid contact with skin. Use oil/chemical resistant gloves. Use tight-fitting goggles or a full-facepiece respirator when eye contact might occur. Use a certified air sampling expert to identify volatile chemicals that are present in significant amounts in the air, and to measure on a regular basis the air concentrations of one or more of these chemicals as indicators of exposure and to ensure the continuing effectiveness of engineering controls.
