Membership Coordinator MUST be notified asap if your swimmer no longer wants lessons/squad. Charges apply (as stated in the handbook) in advance & until such time as notification. #Carnival Selector MUST be notified ASAP regarding unavailable swimmers selected in carnivals. Please join in and attend a meeting as new faces and suggestions are always welcome. Carnival Selections Carnival Selections are made from the Best Times Report from Friday Night swims. Swimmers can only be selected if they swim on Friday Nights and make themselves available for Carnivals (notification is on your Membership form). Carnivals are fun and team spirit is always high at Virginia! Approx. one carnival per month of the swimming season - each carnival is different. Club Night Volunteers/Canteen Roster ALL Friday night families are required to help volunteer for Club Night roles or in the Canteen at least once per term. Please check the noticeboard/ email for your turn. If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to swap with another family.
