Campfire Games will bring the joys of camp to the city. At camp, through our Summer Sessions, campers days are filled from morning to evening with a variety of traditional camp activities along with programs that are unique to Roundup River Ranch. This event will allow both adults and children to experience the magic of camp, for some, they will re-live those fond memories of summer camp, others will experience and try something new, all while filling up on the Spirit of Camp! Roundup River Ranch is a part of the SeriousFun Children s Network that was founded by actor and philanthropist Paul Newman. We are the youngest of 14 camps within the network all independently managed and financed. Our camp serves children with serious illnesses and their families from a 14 state region. This unique fundraising event will help to ensure that our services remain free of charge for our campers and their families while building greater awareness throughout our state. Through sponsorships, contributions, peer-to-peer giving platforms and ticket sales, this unique event will raise money to support the mission and continued growth of Roundup River Ranch. 2015 EVENT: During our inaugural year, 192 individuals participated in the Campfire Games, deeming the event an extraordinary success. We saw teamwork, laughter and pure joy, which is what Roundup River Ranch is all about. Team events included dryland kayaking, lassoing the bull, the cheesy hat game, to ridiculous relays and more.
