We hope you will find something that interest you and bid to help raise funds for the American Diabetes Association and JDRF the Diabetes Research Foundation. You may get a bidder number in advance of the event by emailing: mmsackett@txwes.edu, and providing your name, address, telephone number, email address and how you intend to pay. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order/ Cashier s Check and Credit Cards. You may also place a bid prior to the event by emailing me your bidder number and your top bid. You will be placed on the bidding sheet day of increasing up to your top bid by our auction staff. Sam Pack Automobile Museum Catered Dinner for 25 guests As you know this museum is not open to the public. The only way you can view these beautiful automobiles is through a charity event or though a silent auction donation purchase. Have your next board meeting or company party at this exclusive event. Day of Event, the auction will open at 12:15PM and close at 3:30PM. Winning Bids will be announced at 4:00PM Once bidding sheets are removed by auction staff, no more bids will be accepted. If wining bidder does not pay within 24 hours, 2nd top bidder will be contacted to purchase at their bid. Auction Items are sold as is and there are no refunds.
