The Application Process. Firstly, having read this document, if you have any queries not answered, please speak to the Club Manager, Andy Mee to seek clarification. Once you have decided that you wish to pursue an application to join, please complete the Application Form included in this pack and then forward it to the Club Manager for processing. If you do not know any current members of Lingdale Golf Club that could propose and second your application, simply state this on your application. This will not be a barrier to you joining us. On receipt of your application, a copy will be posted on our notice board for fourteen days to allow existing members to see who is applying and have an opportunity to confirm their suitability, or on very rare occasions, their unsuitability! However, before the expiry of that period, the Club Manager will contact you to arrange a meeting to arrange a payment plan and issue your Welcome Pack which will include;- - Our welcome letter providing information on the background of the Club, various housekeeping details, the Club s current Dress Code etc. - A copy of the Club Rules - A copy of the Rules of Golf - Club Diary - Your Bag Tag to confirm your membership - Your Bar Card At this point, you can then start to play golf at Lingdale and register for access to the Members Area of the website.
