Upper hand is open (whistle) lower hand is clenched (non-whistle). CHECKING FROM BEHIND Rotating clenched fists around one another in front of chest. CROSS CHECKING A forward motion from both arms with the palms open and facing away from the body, fully extended from the chest. A forward motion of the arms with both fists clenched, extending from the chest.

ELBOWING FIGHTING (ROUGHING) Tapping the elbow with the opposite hand. One punching motion to the side with the arm extending from the shoulder.
