leader/coach for each of the other HMF s of the SWC as follows: Neighbouring countries for 3 days/nights Same continent for 4 days/nights Another continent for 5 days/nights In addition, the HMF/OC shall provide a fix amount per swimmer toward the international travel (Europe USD 500) and shall cover all costs associated to the board and lodging of a minimum 20 (foreign) swimmers. Accommodation must be fully prepaid before July 20, 2018, otherwise we cannot guarantee your accommodation. Federations shall send preliminary accommodation up to June 25, 2018. Federations having made reservations of Hotel rooms may cancel or vary wholly or partially up July 20, 2018. After the above-mentioned date reservations will be the responsibility of each National Federation. NO SHOWS will be fully charged for accommodation and food in full volume for the whole period of reservation. Cancellation without charge must be notified to OC Office latest July 20, 2018. After this date any cancellations will be also charged in full volume. Payment details You will be informed about the bank details for payment and we will send you the invoice on receiving your Hotel Reservation Form VISA All participants should have a valid Russian visa for their entry and stay in the country. The Organising Committee will facilitate an entry visa to Kazan, Russia by providing the official Letter of Invitation for all participants of the World Cup who have successfully completed their registration in the FINA GMS by the registration deadline. Please make sure that the visa mandatory fields (i.e. personal data, scan of the valid passport) are completed correctly in the GMS. Please note, that the passport expiry date must be no earlier than March 15, 2019.
