IMPORTANT NOTICES RIDERS IN THE ARENA RING: Only the rider immediately following the current competitor in the arena may warm up their horses in the arena ring. This rider must keep clear of all the arenas. RIDING TIMES: Riding times in this programme are a guide only and in the event of a scratching before your time we expect you to adjust your time accordingly the organisers and judges thank you. LUNGEING: Please lunge your horse in the Mill Creek Paddock STABLES: Any damage to stables will be charged to those assigned it, please report any damage before you leave. GROUNDS: Please clean up any hay and manure around your area before you leave. If you have had a yard or stable please make sure you clean it out of all manure and hay and place it in the bins provided. PRIZE GIVING: Saturday: Prize giving will be held approx 20 minutes after the last class finishes, please wear formal attire. All prize winners must attend or nominate a person to collect their prize or they shall forfeit the prize money. Sunday: A mounted prize giving will be held at midday in front of the Otago pavilion. Any prizes/money/test papers left at the end of the competition will be forfeited unless arrangements have been made. Help to take down arenas at the end of the competition on Sunday would be much appreciated. Otago Riders - please note there is an accumulator running throughout the season for all Otago Riders for each Level. The winner of each level will be the combination with the highest points from Otago's four tournaments. At the end of the season the winners will be presented with a trophy for their respective Level at the mid winter Dinner and Prize giving. There is also a Masters Trophy, Musical Trophy - Otago combination with most musical points throughout the season from all SI competitions, and Hi Points Trophy for all Otago Combinations - points to be gained at Otago's four tournaments but over all grades ie can ride Level 1 and Level 2 and points from both tests will be included.
