IN-CALVERS: Dams sold as PD+ will only be warranted if over 12 weeks in-calf at the time of sale. All cows and heifers stated to be in-calf that have been served not less than 12 weeks before the date of sale and are shown to be PD+ will be guaranteed by the Vendor to be in-calf unless otherwise announced at the time of sale. However, no guarantee can be given as to the date of calving or breed of calf. Any claim under this guarantee must be made in writing, supported by a Vet certificate, to the Auctioneers within 7 weeks of the sale.
