Coaching practice The UEFA license applicant for B and A categories, after successful completion of the course and passing the final examinations, must undergo the in-service training. The candidate shall actively participate in the training process with his team at the appropriate license level. Period: Within 6 months after the completion of the basic course. Minimum duration: 30 training sessions and 12 matches. (At least 84 hours)

Coaching practice The candidate is appointed an expert (methodical manager) who is watching him and, upon termination of training, provides him a written characteristic. Upon completion of the training, the license applicant shall submit special report The expert is appointed by the Technical Director or FST Director, from the number of UEFA higher license holders or, in exceptional cases, a skilled specialist who has experience in working with football for at least 5 years. For monitoring, the nominated expert is awarded points for license prolongation. At any time during the inservice training, the accuracy of the information given by the expert can be verified from the direction of FMF Technical Committee.

Points Awarding System for UEFA License Prolongation According to UEFA Convention on the Mutual Recognition of Coaching Qualifications, within a period of three years, the UEFA license holder is obliged to attend a minimum of 15 hours of professional development courses. Moldova adopted a system of scoring, which does not contradict the European rules. In order to prolong the license validity period, the license holder must score at least 45 conditional points within a period of three years. The points are awarded as follows:
