Brucellosis - Entry to show will be by cofirmed free tested negative or monitored negative status as is currently required for movement of other store cattle. Tuberculosis - All exhibits must originate from non-infected property. 3. All Trade cattle MUST be tail tagged before leaving property. 4. All Trade cattle to be AUCTIONED. 5. All Trade cattle - Live weight 6. All cattle will be mouthed 2 weeks prior to show unless facilities not available. 7. Where there is poor competition the Judge may use his discretion whether to award a prize when exhibits are not of sufficient merit. 8. All cattle exhibited shall remain on the Show Grounds until 3pm Saturday under penalty of disqualification. 9. The Society declines any responsibility in connection with the animals or injury to or by them.the owner shall be personally responsible. 10. If Grand champion trade animal is nominated as a Droughtmaster or Droughtmaster cross, the Droughtmaster society will sponsor an additional $200. Entries close with the Secretary on 24 July, 2014. Competitors will be allowed 8 minutes to judge the four animals and to complete each judging. 5. Each competitor in the oral class is allowed 3 minutes for ring craft and speaking. 6. Competitors in the oral class are scored on their ringcraft, accuracy of observation, their comparative statements, speaking ability and general presentation and dress. 7. The winner of the competition is marked out of a maximum of 100 points, 50 for the placings given in the visual class, and 50 for the oral class. 8. In the case of a dead heat the contestant with the highest points for visual judging will be declared the winner, or if there is still a dead heat the over judge will have the final say. 9.
