Important Information In an effort to provide a fun and safe environment for all members we ask that you review and inform your children or guests of pool rules. CCR Management, Lifeguards and Pool Employees will strictly enforce all rules. Please see pages 7-8 of this handbook for a full list of rules & regulations. INCLEMENT WEATHER Lightning, thunder and high winds constitute severe weather and may result in closure of the pool. All pools will be closed for 30 minutes following an occurrence of thunder and/or lightning. UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or registered caregiver (16 years or older) IN the pool at all times. GENERAL CONDUCT Proper swim attire must be worn Rubber pants are required for all children not potty trained Children wearing water wings are not permitted on the slides or diving boards Use of athletic equipment, toys or floatation devices (i.e. volley balls, diving rings, pool noodles) may be limited during peak times No food or beverages are allowed in the pool All areas of the pool and playground are non-smoking No saving seats; items on chairs that appear unused for one hour will be taken to the pool manager office CHECK-IN GUIDELINES All members and guests must register with the attendant before entering the pool area. A Guest Fee of $5 per person or $15 per family will be applied to the member s club account. The same guest will be permitted only six times per season. Nannies or Babysitters must be registered at the club; please ask for the proper form.

Reserve a Pool Party Host your summer celebration at the CCR pool! Contact the catering office for more information and availability 770-475-7800x254 or catering@ccroswell.com Pool Party Guidelines Member sponsor must be in attendance at all pool parties and is responsible for guests adherence to pool rules and conduct. A $5.00 per person fee applies for all non-member guests; one adult must attend for every 10 children. There is a $50 setup fee for all pool parties which includes reserved picnic tables and a tented area for food and beverage with buffet tables and coverings, plastic cutlery, plastic cups and napkins. Member parties with up to 30 guests are allowed during pool hours; pool may not be closed to membership during normal operating hours. Member parties with over 30 guests must be Board approved beginning no earlier than 5:00pm; normal pricing applies until 9:00pm; time may be extended from 9:00-11:00pm at $250 per hour. Additional lifeguard fees may apply for large groups and outside normal operating hours; one guard is required per 25 guests at $25 per guard/per hour. Food & Beverage Outside food & beverage are not permitted at the Club; food & beverage may be coordinated through the Catering Department a minimum of two weeks prior. Parties with more than 12 guests that would like food services must pre-order from the Pool Party Menus. The pool is not open to parties on Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July & Labor Day weekend. Additional days may be unavailable due to Swim Team and Club special events.

Official Pool Rules & Regulations A. GENERAL RULES The lifeguard is in charge and has full authority to enforce all rules, both written and unwritten. No one may enter the pool area unless a lifeguard is on duty. Pool operating hours are posted at the pool. A Nanny or Babysitter must be registered at the club. The club will furnish a form for this purpose. An identification card will be issued to the Nanny or Babysitter upon registration. The caregiver must be at least 16 years of age. A processing fee of $50.00 per caregiver will be charged for the entire summer. All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Swimming is permitted in the general pool, but not in the diving pool or in the slide pool. The lifeguard or club management may refuse admission to the pool to anyone with an infectious disease, sores, or rashes. Children wearing water wings are not permitted to use the diving boards or the water slides and must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person, 16 years of age or older. Swimmies or rubber pants are required for all children not potty trained. a) Families with younger children vulnerable to biological acts of nature must see that their child is wearing protective swim diapers in the pool at all times. (These are avail able at check-in.) b) There are consequences that parents must face in case of accidents in the pool, for both health and loss of revenue due to immediate closure of up to 24 hours. c) On a family s first incident, a $500 fine will be charged to the member s account. d) On a family s second incident, the fine is doubled to $1,000 and all pool privileges are suspended for that family for the remainder of the season. e) Guests of families will be viewed as a family member in these particular instances. Children 6-11 years of age must be able to pass a Mandatory swim test by the lifeguards to use the slides, diving & main pool. Children age 11 & under must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver (16 years or older) in the pool and pool area at all times. Non-swimmers and novice swimmers are not permitted to use the slides or the diving boards. Lifeguard stands are off limits to all people except lifeguards. "Safety Break" may be called once each hour for up to ten minutes. Only people 18 years or older are allowed in the pool during adult swim. ONE child, 5 and under, per adult is permitted in the pool if accompanied by an adult and maintained within arms length of the adult. The adult assumes full responsibility for the child in lieu of the guard's absence from the stand. All other children must remain at least 3 or more feet away from the pool's edge. Glass containers may not be brought into the pool area at any time.
Official Pool Rules & Regulations All swim attire must be sold specifically as swimwear. All swimwear must be in good taste. No thong swimwear of any kind is permitted in the pool area. Swimming attire is not permitted to be worn in the clubhouse or pro shops without appropriate cover-up. Pool furniture shall not be removed from the pool area at any time. Running, misconduct, horseplay, and rowdiness will not be tolerated in the pool area. Violators will be asked to leave the pool area and their names will be submitted to the Club Management for disciplinary action. Members will be responsible for disposal of their own trash in the pool area. No radios, tape players, etc. are permitted without the use of headphones. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. All towels and clothing left at the pool will be discarded each Wednesday during the pool season. B. DIVING Only one person at a time is permitted on the diving board. Divers must dive straight off of the board and not to the sides. Divers may not remain in diving area. Only one person at a time is permitted on any ladder. Only one bounce is allowed on the diving board. C. SLIDE POOL Only one person at a time is permitted on the slides. Single file only on the slide tower & no passing in line. Sliders must slide feet first down the slide. Sliders may not remain in the slide pool. Slides may only be open when an attendant is on duty. D. WADING POOL Parents are responsible for their children in the wading pool. The wading pool is not life guarded; therefore, parents must be at the wading pool watching their children. No Children over 5 years old will be permitted in the wading pool. E. PLAYGROUND Parents are responsible for their children in the playground area. The playground is not supervised; therefore, a parent or a responsible person must be at the playground watching their 5 and under children. The playground is designated for ages 10 & under. There will be no standing on, nor jumping from the top of the monkey bars. F. VIOLATIONS All disciplinary action will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors
Food & Beverage Only food & beverage purchased at the Club may be consumed in the pool area. Visit the Snack Bar for a meal, ice cream, smoothies or just a quick snack. Our Tiki Bar is fully stocked with beer, wine and a great list of summer cocktails to enjoy poolside.
