PRE CAMPS STUNT CAMP Our highly trained staff can take the stress off you and prepare your squad to do everything from stunting basics to highly advanced tricks. You can customize your stunt camp based on your squad s current abilities and your needs during game days and pep rallies. Want your stunts to look even better or become more advanced? Sign your team up for weekly squad lessons where they will get continued training and attention to detail to make them really SHINE! TUMBLING CAMP Look great flipping across the gym floor, competition floor, or sidelines! Our staff knows how to get your kids tumbling whether they are working on a simple back handspring or more advanced twisting skills. We use progressions combined with drills, spotting, and independent work stations to make sure your athletes get the safest, most effective training around. HOME POM If you need creative choreography and great dance moves, we are your coaches! Premier Athletics has some of the best choreographers in the country on staff to make every second of your home pom routine count. NO. This essential camp will help your team with those all-important motions, but can also help them perfect their fight song routine, clean up their sideline cheers and chants, and learn how to lead the crowd! NEW THIS YEAR: Sports 101! We can help you and your squad learn the basics of football and basketball so they can be the most effective cheerleaders possible! SAFETY All Premier Athletics staff are AACCA, First Aid, and CPR certified. In addition, each staff member attends mandatory Premier Athletics Corporate and Summer Camp training and continuing education throughout the year. All gyms provide safety equipment and matting for proper instruction of tumbling, stunting, and jumping. We use equipment combined with drills to follow proper progressions that allow athletes to train in a safe environment and develop the skills with proper training. DANCE CAMPS 1SIGN UP FOR A SUMMER CAMP FOR YOUR DANCE TEAM! THE STUDIO AND SQUAD LESSONS ROUTINE CAMP Learn a full competition routine in the styles of pom, jazz, or hip-hop! This 3-day camp will challenge your dancers with a fully customized routine to the level of your team s abilities with custom-mixed music as well. This routine can be used as halftime performance at your basketball games and for area competitions. Be better than the rest with your own specialized competition routine in whatever style you choose! ROUTINE CAMP FOR TWO COMPETITION ROUTINES Most dance teams are competing in more than one style! Don t just limit yourself to hip-hop when you can develop well-rounded dancers in jazz or pom as well! Why just work on turns and leaps when you can have fun with hip-hop choreography? Staying abreast of two styles keeps your dancers more well-rounded and keeps them challenged in mind and body. MINI-ROUTINE CAMP This 3-day camp is the best way to teach your team routines that are fun and varied for your basketball time-outs or SIDELINES/BAND DANCE CAMP This 3-day camp will get you SIDELINE ready! Let us create customized band dances for your dance team to go with your halftimes. Your team will learn three mini-routines school s fight song and other band specialties! We can also (approximately 45 seconds each) to use for performances or pep rallies. We recommend doing one hip-hop, one jazz, and one pom. However, you can choose whatever styles you like. SKILLS CLINICS Premier Athletics hosts several skills clinics throughout the year-tumbling clinics, stunt clinics, and more. We can even schedule a clinic specifically designed for your team during the season. Clinics are typically one-and-a-half hours to three hours. ELITE TUMBLING The athletes will focus on the round-back handspring double full, a standing full, front tumbling passes, and bounding skills. They will gain experience with the most elite level tumbling skills and will learn to perform all skills in synchronization to counts. OUR ES WILL TAKE YOUR ATHLETEs FROM BEGINNERs TO SUPERSTARs

DANCE ES RECITAL ICAL TAP Tap classes focus on the fundamental tap terminology and combination of tap steps. Students will learn classical tap elements that will allow them to progress to Rhythm Tap if they choose. 6 AND UP JAZZ *Our Jazz classes combine a very fun and creative dance approach with the necessary technique to advance as a dancer. Classes teach basic advanced jazz technique, terminology, and movement quality, all while developing correct body alignment, flexibility, and strength. *Pre-requisite: must have two years of ballet or take Dance Technique in addition. 6 AND UP CONTEMPORARY *This class is designed to teach expression of dance while combining elements of jazz and ballet. Contemporary dance stresses versatility and improvisation, unlike the strict structure of ballet. This class will help the dancer connect with the music, develop musicality, and understand musicality and dancing to the rhythm of the beats. *Pre-requisite: must have two years of ballet or take Dance Technique in addition. 8 AND UP ICAL BALLET This class is designed to teach ballet fundamentals and terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility. Students will become stronger technicians in all styles by participating in ballet class. 6 AND UP HIP-HOP Hip-Hop is a street-style dance. Hip-Hop has many styles within it. The Studio will focus on a different style each month to expose your dancer to as many styles within the genre. Students will learn the correct technique and terminology for the latest moves they see on TV. A great supplement to Hip-Hop would 6 AND UP be the Power Moves Class. POM POM This class is designed to teach sharp, clean motions used for both dance and cheer teams. This class will focus on basic cheer and dance technical elements that will be included in the routine. Pom is a very uptempo style and helps dancers/cheerleaders improve stamina and endurance. 6 AND UP NON-RECITAL DEVELOPMENTAL AND STRENGTH STRETCHING/STRENGTHENING DANCE TECHNIQUE 30 Minutes *This class is designed to help the serious dancer stretch and *Dance Technique will focus on the technical elements of strengthen feet and ankles.
