Financial Report $139,096.84 in checking money market $18,621.27 raffle $1,000 everything is paid and up to date. Receivables: Everyone has been checked to be sure they are being billed correctly. Tim to check / go over the highlighted names. Fix an issue with family who accidentally registered as a goalie. For some reason there has been an issue with the button to turn off pay then when gets unclicked they get hit all at once Brendan asked Dana to look into it. There are only 3 more players that need to be fitted (3 were fitted although they are not officially registered yet). Only 3 left to be fitted. Will make phone calls. 6 families have opted to buy without being fitted. If all AA parents pay the extra $30 can we put the players names on their jerseys? (extra $30 to secure number). BOD discussed and no names will be put on the jerseys. BOD decided to just put sponsors name on the jersey instead of getting a patch with BNY Mellon on it. Tim will do mockup of jersey with logo on both the front and back of the jersey. Bill Garvey is interested in looking into putting the stop signs back on the back of the jerseys. Tim to do mockup of jersey with BNY Mellon logo on front and back of jersey. Cindy / Tim to call 3 families that have not been fitted. Tim to get invoice for jerseys so we can put down a deposit. BNY needs information & tax ID so they can write their donation check. We will need to order a few interim jerseys. Once the order is placed, the price goes back up to $170. An email should go out telling people to register now or they will have to pay full price for the jerseys. Bantam is up to 14 & 2. Coach Tim Hanlon has a new job and does not think he can commit.
