Sports Body Camps Come join us for our 16 th season!!! Join Frederica Academy Summer Programs by participating in one of our many sports camps. Camps are held Monday-Friday in 3-hour sessions and vary by date. You don t want to miss out on all the fun!!!

Above the Rim Rising 1 st -5 th graders; Rising 6 th -8 th graders Week 8: July 25 th -29 th from 1:00pm-4:00pm Above the Rim Basketball is ideal for players who want to improve their skills and increase their knowledge of basketball. Instruction will focus on individual and team fundamentals including areas of dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive technique. Tennis shoes are required. Please bring a water bottle each day. Cheer Camp Rising 1 st -5 th graders; Rising 6 th -8 th graders Week 1: June 6 th -10 th from 9:00am-12:00pm Get ready to learn how to cheer on your favorite team during an exciting and fun-filled three days of cheer camp. Participants can look forward to learning cheers/chants, jumps, stunts, and dance! We will also be teaching practicing safety when stunting, while focusing on the proper technique of each skill to better each individual. No matter what level of cheer experience, participants will have a great time learning new material, and will have the opportunity to come back and perform for friends and family during the cheerleading showcase. We will also do a showcase for family and friends on the last day of camp! Cheerleading shoes/tennis shoes are required.

Equestrian Experience Riding 3 rd -8 th graders Week 1: June 6 th -10th from 1:00pm-4:00pm Tuition: $295 Our Equestrian Experience gives participants the opportunity to learn about horses both on the ground and while on horseback. Participants will be introduced to riding with personal instruction, including lessons on basic equine care and barn safety. Join us to gain an allinclusive education that will introduce you to the world of horses. Rising PreK-1 st graders Week 9: August 1 st -5 th from 9:00AM-12:00PM Everybody LOVES P.E. Rising 2 nd -5 th graders Week 9: August 1 st -5 th from 1:00pm-4:00pm Everybody loves PE is a safe and fun-filled program that focuses on encouraging a lifetime of physical activity! Boys and girls will sample a variety of team sports and fun games, while covering the important topics of sportsmanship, team building, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Tennis shoes are required. Participants will be indoors, concluding the week with a fun water day outside!

Rising 1st-5th graders; Rising 6th-8th graders Week 1: June 6th-10th from 9:00am-12:00pm Frederica Football Down, Set, Hut! Are you ready to develop your passing, tackling, and punting skills? Join us for a fun-filled week of Football Camp and determine which position is best for you! All participants will be recognized on Youth Night at Frederica Academy during halftime in the Fall Season. Middle School Baseball Rising 6 th -8 th graders Week 9: August 1 st -5 th from 9:00am-12:00pm Let s Play Ball II is a program for middle school athletes who wish to maximize their baseball performance on the field and behind the plate. Hone your pitching skills, hitting skills, and defensive skills while working with Frederica s state-of-the-art FungoMan, a revolutionary training device exclusive to our area.

Rising 1st-5th graders; Rising 6th-8th graders Week 2: June 13th-17th from 9:00am-12:00pm Soccer Do you have fast feet? Soccer Camp will assist players in improving and learning new skills in a fun, instructive environment. Games and Technical training are used to develop the players skills and understanding of the game. Participants need to wear cleats and shin guards. Summer Sailing Ages: 5-12 years old Week 6: July 11 th -15 th from 9:00am-12:00pm Tuition: $225 Summer Sailing is designed to enhance comfort around the water. The program begins around the dock, allowing sailors to become acquainted with boat and safety rules. Once acclimated, the class will learn how to steer a boat, pull in the sail, and determine wind direction. Participants will progress into deeper water and sailing around marks. For the more experienced sailor, participants will consistently sail in deep water while learning how to tack and jibe.

Rising 1st-5th graders; Week 4: June 27th-July 1st from 9:00am-12:00pm Let s Play Ball is a program for young athletes who wish to get connected with the game of baseball, while also maximizing performance on the field. Find out how fast you can pitch, how many homeruns you can hit, and how fast you can run the bases. Please wear cleats and bring a glove and water bottle each day. Youth Baseball
